The information that the Fourth Elder has gathered about the Hound Base is really limited. According to the intelligence, only Dais frequently leaves the Hound Base to spend time in the bar in the town, and nothing else is known.
However, the Fourth Elder confidently asserts that the Hound Base must be heavily populated and could not possibly be empty, which is obviously the case. Anyone thinking the base is vacant would be foolish.
But, aside from Dais, Sky Net really doesn't know much about the Hound Base.
If that's the case, how do the people in the base get their food and drink? That's a problem.
