The explosion of the sedan triggered a blast of flames, burning fiercely, a wave of heat slamming into them.
Sanders had to raise his hand to shield his face from the scorching heat. When he finally adjusted and looked again, the sedan had already been scrapped in the blaze.
The car he'd planned to use to escape was no longer an option.
Sanders frowned. With the car destroyed, there was nothing he could do about it; he would have to think of another way.
Sanders pulled a gun from his waist, shot a look at his two subordinates, then walked outside.
Outside the factory, there were no police anymore; all the officers had been lured west by the Cleaner.
There were, however, a few police cars parked on the perimeter.
Sanders intended to take one of the police cars and get away.
Even now, he remained calm. Everything was still in his hands. The scene might look chaotic, but these London cops were all within his grasp.
