Brandon's POV
"I know who the blackmailer is."
The words echoed in my mind long after Garrett said them, like a gunshot that refused to stop ringing.
"And I think she has a plan."
For a second, I couldn't even react. My grip loosened around Garrett's collar instantly. I released him slowly, my fingers slipping away from his shirt as my brain tried to process what the hell he had just confessed.
He knew the blackmailer? How? How could he possibly know something that significant and keep it hidden this whole time? Questions stormed through my mind violently. Who was it? How long had he known? Why keep it a secret? And what did he mean by "she has a plan"?
