Saeko decided to trust his judgement after all; even if something goes wrong, she is sure Kaneki will take care of it since she knows him as that kind of person
She hates to admit it, but if Kaneki has said it's true, then surely that woman will be an incredible ally in this place
As for Rei and Shizuka, they both dont really say much, while Rei dont have much of a problem since she also imagined what Kaneki said was true; then it will be incredible since it will increase their chances to survive
Meanwhile Shizuka doesn't like this woman, not because she tried to attack, but rather she dont like the fact that she is trying to get close to Kaneki who is hers
But she didn't disagree either since she also knows he is doing it for their own good as he doesn't seem to be acting like her rather he is clearly annoyed by her
She could clearly read Kaneki's face and knew Kaneki dont like that woman, knowing that only made her smile as she felt superior
'Hehehe' Shizuka inwardly giggles feeling suddenly good after seeing what Kaneki did to the woman who was touching him feeling satisfied
She knows she is still the only special person in his heart making her proud and superior as she now has no problem with Kaneki's decision
"Ara you ruined all the fun mood I was about to make" Woman speak this somewhat depressed tone, as if she were disappointed at the fact of what Kaneki had done
"My name is Iris, please take care of me from now on~" The woman came forward and bowed her head as she greeted them in a formal manner which Kaneki found out of her character
'Come to think, I never really asked for her name' Kaneki said this in his mind as he seemed to realise that even though he had been talking with her for quite a while outside still he didn't know her name
That doesn't really matter since he isn't interested in her but now it's different since now he is interested in her abilities and so he makes sure to remember her name now
After this one by one, each person introduced themselves to Iris but it was really weird for Kaneki, who had seen Iris, to act all crazy and look at her who seemed to be acting like a graceful woman, as nothing but weird to him
He never knew she could act like that but for sure he thinks she is just acting to let their guard down now
Whatever the case might be but at least she seems to be doing better than I expected as he could tell others also started to get along with her
He thinks it's mostly due to the fact that they didn't see her when he was fighting her, since Iris appeared in front of him as invisible then he threw her somewhere else which is the reason no one manages to see her real appearance
'At least it's better than he thought' Kaneki said in his mind as he thought things were going better than expected

Late night….
Kaneki was on the roof as usual looking at the moon, he was there for a while as he now suspects that everyone must have gone to sleep by now
"You seem to be enjoying yourself here alone~" a voice comes an iris appeared in front of him with a smile on her face
Kaneki is now used to her tactics of appearing and disappearing which is why he didn't show any reaction at all
"Not sleeping?~" She asked this as she noticed kaneki didnt replied then she threw another question while she also sat down beside him
"What about you?" Kaneki asked this as he dont really wanna much talk much about himself which is why he said this
"Ara you worrying about me? How sweet but dont worry I only need 2 hours of sleep to fully refresh~" Iris said this as she teased him but she also answered his question
The next moment playfulness completely disappeared
"I checked their conditions and it seems they have potential" Iris spoke as she already checked each one of them for the training
She was really surprised to see that they each have potential which is rare but to her, they all are pale compared to her or Kaneki
Kaneki isn't surprised by this since there are already so many things he still has no idea about her
"But having potential doesn't mean they will succeed especially with this place which is so empty" Iris said, as she knows having potential doesn't mean they will for sure succeed
Not to mention this also makes it hard for them to achieve anything in this world since she knows mana is very little present in the air, which is why she knows it will be hard for them to unlock mana
To be honest, she makes a contract without being sure about this since she wanna established contract at that moment and not to mention if they can't unlock the potential, it doesn't mean he can kick her out since she will be doing her best to teach as a teacher
"I see" Kaneki murmured, as he already figured that out but he knew it was better than nothing as well as even if it didn't work it out then he could protect them anyway
"Can I ask you a question?" Iris said this in an unexpected formal tone to him as she had been curious about a few things which she wanna ask to ask him
Kaneki moved his eyes and looked at her but there wasn't any craziness to what he found in her eyes or her actions
"Okay" Kaneki replied as he agreed since he thinks if she is acting like this then surely it must be a serious question she's gonna ask right now
