The 10,000-capacity arena was the venue selected by the Pop Star Academy Team for the final performance, and, to the team's surprise, every ticket had been sold out, with people requesting additional tickets that, unfortunately, could not be granted.
Which meant that even before the contestants arrived, a large crowd had been forming since early morning, waiting for everything to begin.
It was a clear California day with the sun shining down and a gentle wind blowing, and taking advantage of the number of people filling the campus, numerous mobile carts sell all types of food from tacos to bacon-wrapped hot dogs, drinks like sodas, slushies, and agua frescas, and even flowers, and custom-made gear of the contestants, it was like a festival was happening, which made the job of the campus police and city police officers quite tasking as they struggled to keep things organized amidst the quickly growing crowd.
