Shalltear, guardian of the first, second, and third floors—a true vampire—thought as she approached, her presence both elegant and intimidating.
She moved with grace, her long black hair flowing behind her like a dark cape. Pausing a few feet away, her gaze was sharp and calculating.
"Lord Superman," she said softly.
Shalltear curtsied deeply, her crimson eyes never leaving his. Her voice was filled with love and devotion as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "You're the one man I could never live without, my eternal beloved."
She pressed a gentle kiss to his cheek before pulling back slightly, her fingers softly caressing his face.
"I've missed you terribly, my love," she murmured. Her eyes flicked around the room before settling back on him, serious now. "Sebas mentioned there's an issue?"
Before he could answer, a roar tore through the stadium. They turned to see a blinding white lion standing upright, wielding a golden mace on his back, white gloves exposing his clawed hands. It was Battle Beast, a guardian he had personally crafted.
Battle Beast's white mane billowed as he roared again, the sound echoing across the arena. With powerful strides, he approached Superman, his mace clanking as he moved.
"Lord Superman!" he bellowed, voice deep and commanding.
"Hello, Battle Beast," Superman greeted. The guardian thumped his chest with a clawed fist in respect, his amber eyes shining fiercely.
"You summoned me, my Lord. As fast as my legs could carry me," Battle Beast replied, glancing at Shalltear and the others—observing the frost-covered remains of the Death Knights.
"All will be revealed once everyone is assembled," Battle Beast nodded in understanding, settling onto his haunches, his tail wrapping around his furry form like a cloak.
"Shelter, you wouldn't mind stepping back? Lord Superman's drooling on you," he teased.
Shalltear giggled softly, pressing closer to Superman possessively.
"Jealous much?" she teased Aura playfully, recognizing her dark elf's competitive streak.
Aura rolled her eyes dramatically, crossing her arms. "Please, it's obvious she's climbing all over you," she shot back. "And what about you? Just watching?"
Battle Beast chuckled deeply, his voice rumbling like thunder. "I'm here to serve my Lord's commands, not to get involved in your antics," he said, winking at Aura before turning serious. "Stop disturbing the master."
Suddenly, Cocytus appeared with a commanding presence, his icy blue eyes scanning the group.
"Enough bickering," he said coldly. "Lord Superman has called us together."
"Glad to see you here, Cocytus," Superman said.
"I shall always answer your call," Cocytus replied with a slight nod.
Demiurge and Albedo arrived moments later.
"I hope we haven't taken too long," Demiurge greeted politely.
"My Lord, the guardians pledge our loyalty," Albedo declared, her silver eyes shining with unwavering devotion. Demiurge bowed respectfully, his sharp features serious; Albedo stood proud.
The guardians formed a semicircle around Superman, the air thick with anticipation.
"I'm pleased you all came," Superman said.
Cocytus spoke again, voice cold and direct. "Lord Superman, what is the purpose of this gathering?"
The others looked at him curiously but held their tongues out of respect.
"It's mainly about the strange happenings outside. I've seen things that shouldn't be there. I sent Sebas to survey the area," Superman explained.
Just then, Sebas entered silently, bowing deeply.
"Lord Superman, I've completed my survey," he reported. "There are indeed unusual occurrences outside."
"Let me guess—greenery replacing the desolation?" Superman asked.
Sebas nodded solemnly. "The land has transformed into vibrant greenery—a stark change from before."
Superman's expression grew serious.
"It seems we're transported to another world by mysterious means. Albedo, Demiurge, I want you to strengthen our defenses and establish an intelligence network. The rest, follow their lead."
Albedo and Demiurge exchanged a quick glance before stepping forward.
"It shall be done, my Lord," they said in unison.
Demiurge cracked his knuckles, a wicked grin on his face. "Fortification and intel—outsmarting any lurking threats will be a pleasure."
"Mare, can we conceal Nazarick's tomb?" Superman asked.
Mare's dark magic swirled around her hands as she considered. "Perhaps—covering it with dirt and hiding it with illusion magic. It'd require significant energy and ongoing maintenance, but it's possible," he replied.
Albedo expressed outrage. "You want to smear Nazarick's walls with dirt?"
"Now is not the time," Superman interrupted, stern.
"Apologies, my Lord," Albedo said quickly.
"Mare, is that enough?" Superman inquired.
"Yes, my Lord. If you permit, I'll begin immediately."
"Create dummy hills and use illusion magic to hide what can't be covered," Superman ordered.
"It shall be done," Mare assured him.
"Everyone, carry out my orders," Superman finished, teleporting away with a spell. As he vanished, a dormant dragon presence stirred and left with him—its ever-present dominance active now.
The floor guardians and Sebas watched in silence.
Mare, exhausted, shook slightly. "I thought I'd pass out from that."
"The pressure was unbelievable," Aura said, awe in her voice.
"That's the power of my creator," Battle Beast said proudly.
"He showed his true strength—more glorious than I imagined," Albedo whispered in admiration.
"He was so kind to me and my brother when we were alone," Aura added happily.
"He's an incredible ruler—standing at the top among the 42 Supreme Beings, even when others abandoned us," Albedo said with devotion.
Sebas spoke softly, "If that's all, I'll take my leave. I didn't see where Lord Superman went inside the tomb, but I should stay near him."
"Very well. Keep me updated if anything happens. If Lord Superman requests me, I'll sacrifice everything— especially if he request me in the bedroom of course I would have to bath first if necessary," albedo said with a wild look. Before Sebas could leave, she added playfully, "I'd go without bathing if needed."
Sebas nodded. "Understood. I must take my leave now." He bowed deeply, then moved silently toward the tomb entrance. The guardians watched him depart, their attentiveness unbroken.
Demiurge turns his head noticing Shelltear whimpering. " is there something wrong Shelltear?" he asked the slightest hint of concern in his voice.
" are you hurt?"asked cocytus
" no I'm fantastic. I just got a little overstimulated is all. His power was so great that my underwear went through a little crisis." she responded, making them grow slightly before Albedo shouted. " disgusting bitch."
" don't pretend you aren't thrilled with a gift he just gave us. He was sharing so much of his power or something that does make you wet. You must be rancid beneath that skirt!" she shouted in outrage a red aura coming off of her.
" you filthy parasite." Albedo shouted in outrage a dark purple menacing aura came from her.
" the supreme beings made me be what I am and a big-mouthed, idiotic Gorilla of a woman like you won't change that." she She spoke with obvious hatred
" keep clapping those things see where it gets you." albedo retarded with obvious hatred.
"Right aura this is a woman issue so I'll leave you to handle it."said Demiurge as he turned to walk away.
" not so fast why do I have to do this?" she asked
" if it starts getting bloody just call for me and I'll intervene." he said, as the other male guardians followed him.
" I do not see this as a worthy battle." said battle beast following not curing about something else is this.
" neither do I."said cocytus a cold sigh, exiting his mouth
