You'll see the water, the sand, the sunsets…" I let the words trail off, imagining the scene in my head, and I could feel Katherine leaning into me, sharing the anticipation.


She looked up at me again, her eyes glistening with tears of happiness. "Aaron… I don't know what to say. I just… thank you."


I smiled softly, pressing my lips to hers again. "You don't need to say anything. Just enjoy it. That's all I want."
