Armin after departing from the temple went straight to the headquarters of the law holders with purpose and determination.
But upon returning he couldn't see Evelyn or that criminal she had arrested anywhere in the building, no matter where he searched.
And when he asked the officers there, Armin found that Evelyn had never returned to the headquarters after leaving the temple.
So he thought carefully, maybe the punishment was too cruel to be displayed publicly or she wanted to deal with Vritra on her own in private.
Not according to the rules that were supposed to be followed.
With this in mind, he decided to check other places and find Evelyn, determined in his pursuit, no matter what he is going to make her fall for him eventually.
