The sky is still filled with the remnants of clouds from the battle that has just taken place.
Dust slowly falls onto the cracked and scorched ground.
In the middle of the ruined field, a figure floats in the air. Sunlight stands directly behind his back, leaving his face covered in shadow.
A few seconds later, both of his feet descend.

His feet touch the ground lightly.
"Because history does not end like this," the figure says calmly.
Lucifer stands in front of him.
His body remains upright, but his head is lowered. A large hole is still visible in his chest. Blood drips slowly onto the ground.

Several meters behind Lucifer, Hiro's body lies thrown far across the cracked ground. Paragon still controls that body, but its movements are beginning to weaken.
Dust swirls around them.
Lucifer slowly opens his mouth.
"Paragon…" his voice is heavy.
He lifts his face slightly.
"…his dream."
Paragon does not move for several seconds.
The wind blows across the ruined field.
BLUAAASHHH—Air rushes violently into his lungs.
Hiro's body trembles violently.
Blood flows from his nose and drips onto the ground.
Paragon lowers his head.
A few seconds later, the body bends its knees.
The ground beneath his feet cracks.
KRRRAAK.
Then he jumps.
BOOOOM!
The ground explodes as the body shoots into the sky.
The speed of the body makes the air tremble.
Hiro's body tears through the clouds with a loud sound.
BLUAAASHHH—
Within seconds, he disappears from the battlefield sky.
The mysterious figure watches him fly away.
Lucifer still stands in front of him.
"Pathetic," the figure mutters quietly.
Lucifer remains with his head lowered.
"How can someone like you lose to an arrogant person like that," the figure continues.
Lucifer slowly raises his face.
Fury is clearly visible in his eyes.
"Y-you… are no different… from him," he says hoarsely.
Blood flows from the corner of his mouth.
The figure exhales.
"Huft."
He lifts his shoulders slightly.
"Do not compare me with my predecessor," he says casually.
The wind blows gently around them.
The figure begins to smile cynically.
"Because I will not waste a gift," he says.
He slowly raises one hand.
His palm opens.
"And I will not disgrace something that has already been destined for me."
A small light appears in his palm.
Lucifer stares at him with anger.
No one moves for a second.
Then—
The figure swings his hand.
SKLASH—
The light shoots straight forward.
In a single motion.
Lucifer's head separates from his body.
His body remains standing for one second.
Then it falls to the ground.
THUD.
Blood spreads across the cracked earth.
The figure stands still for a few moments.
The sky grows quiet again.

In the territory of Lumineth.
A wide green field stretches beneath a bright blue sky.
Grass moves gently in the wind.
Flowers grow in great abundance. Red roses and white jasmine are scattered across almost every part of the field. Yellow, blue, and purple colors appear throughout the garden.
A rainbow stretches in the distance.
In the middle of the field, a girl walks.
Rose.
She walks slowly among the flowers.
Her hand brushes several petals growing along the dirt path.
The wind blows through her hair.
Rose stops near a patch of roses.
She bends slightly.
Her hand picks a red rose.
The petals are still fresh.
Rose lifts it to her nose.
She inhales its fragrance gently.
The wind blows again.
The field feels peaceful.
Then—
A strange sound echoes from the sky.

Rose lifts her head.
A sound tearing through the air grows louder.

Something comes from the sky.

Rose steps back slightly.
The sound grows closer.
The wind across the field begins to swirl.
The flowers sway violently.

A body crashes violently onto the green field.
Grass is blown away.
Flowers scatter into the air.
The ground cracks, forming a small circle.
Dust rises into the air.
Rose stands several meters away from the impact.
She looks toward the dust that slowly begins to fade.
The figure of someone appears in the center.
The body lies on its back.
Still.
Rose walks closer slowly.
Her steps stop several meters from the body.
The dust grows thinner.
The person's face begins to appear.
Rose freezes.
Her eyes widen.
Her body trembles.
"Hiro?" she says softly.
She steps closer.
The dust finally disappears completely.
Rose covers her mouth with her hand.
"HUUUHH—!"
Hiro's body lies on the ground.
His clothes are destroyed.
His body is filled with open wounds.
Blood flows from many parts of his body.
Rose does not move for several seconds.
Tears begin to appear in her eyes.
Then she runs.
"Hiro!"
Rose kneels beside his body.
Her arms immediately wrap around him.
"Ukh—!"
Hiro's body is very cold.

My vision feels heavy.
A blue sky appears above my head.
The wind feels gentle against my face.
I feel something warm on my cheek.

Rose.
"Is that you… Rose?" I ask softly.
Rose holds me tighter.
Her hands tremble.
I turn my head slightly.
Flowers are visible around us.
The blue sky.
A rainbow in the distance.
"Lumineth… right?" I say quietly.
Rose nods quickly.
She slowly lifts my head.
Now my head rests on her lap.
Tears continue to fall from her eyes.
I smile.
"Our first meeting…" I say softly.
My breathing grows heavier.
"Our first journey together…"
I look at her face.
Tears continue flowing down her cheeks.
"I am proud to have gone through it…"
I take a slow breath.

Rose holds my face with both hands.
Her tears fall onto my cheek.
I look at the sky once more.
The wind passes through the flowers.
"Goodbye."
