As they get off the elevator they are greeted by the officers guarding the entrance.
Guard #1: "Hey guys, how was the expedition?" Jake: "Went as well as you'd expect, we didn't find much food but we were able to disconnect the bunker's server from the rest of the city. Tammy: "Speaking of which, where's Doctor Karf?" Guard #2: "He's in the lab working on something as usual." Tammy: "Can you let him know that we will be swinging by his place shortly? Thanks." Guard #2: "You got it." Tammy heads towards her room while Jake decides to go see the doc immediately, as he walks into the lab he sees the doctor working on something. Jake: "Hey Doc, we just came back." Dr Karf: "Hey Jake, was it a success?" Jake: "Barely, the droids seem to be patrolling further away from the city." Dr Karf: "Because they are, they have a vague idea of where we are thanks to Tamuky's old files. Thankfully the exact location of the bunkers were never uploaded to the servers, it was all written down in paper." Jake: "Weird, it's like the company knew something like this could happen." Dr Karf: "They did, the research team in charge of the virus created multiple contingency plans that nobody knew until it was too late. Not even my research team knew about any of it. Jake: "So there's no information about how to fight this virus?" Dr. Karf: "Afraid so, even if there is any information it's most likely that the AI's purged them." Jake: "Makes sense, I'm heading back to my room so if you need anything just call Tammy." As Jake walks away, he stops and turns around. "Oh, and I found a flash drive on a womens dead body at the gas station, she looked like she was wearing some sort of Ty uniform, never seen that kind of uniform before." Dr.Karf: "I'll look into it once the decontamination team is done cleaning the items you've recovered." As Jake walks towards his room we see the bunker's layout. It's like an underground city with buildings like stores, medical center, small research facilities and even a gym with build in pools. Jake arrives at his place, exhausted he takes a shower, eats & goes to sleep after a long day. In the mean time Dr. Karf received the flash drive Jake found at the gas station, he connects it to the computer & sees that the flash drive contains a folder called "Nano ACEs" In this folder there was 3 different note files. Dr.Karf opens the first note file he reads as follows.

Hi sister, I hope everything is going fine at Aseiopia, I really miss mom's cooking. Anyways I'm writing this report off the books like you asked, we finally did a breakthrough on this bio weapon that the research team #404 is working on. Thanks to the intelligence research team, we created a new type of AI. Unlike the normal coding we use for AI this coding allows the AI to learn, to adapt, to think by itself basically. It's amazing the capabilities of this coding. The intelligence research team modified the software and changed the coding to limit the AI's ability to take decisions by itself, they believe that a AI with so much free will could be as helpful as it could be dangerous. The problem with doing so is that it also limits the AI's ability to create new things, things we haven't even imagined. As we speak the AI's coding is being share to the other facilities outside of Malae, once it reaches our facility here at Sanmare I'll have a private team override the new software to revers it back to it's original programing. Dr.Karf was in shock, after all his research team were the creators of the first AI model. Stunned by this revelation he quickly checks the next file, he opens the file and as he reads he notices that unlike the previous file, this file contained schematics about the first version of the virus. These schematics show how the virus was made & also how it does what it does. The "virus" instead of being made by using DNA or RNA it was composed of nano bots with the ability to multiply at a cellular level, something almost impossible to decipher alone make it. These nanobots called ACEs attack an enzyme found inside different human parts such as lungs, kidneys, heart, & intestines. This enzyme is in charge of regulating human blood pressure. The nanobots attach to these enzymes and multiplies enough to infect these areas of the body, & once their is enough nanobots inside the human body they heat up the enzyme causing the blood to boil to a temperature of 635°F (335°C), burning the host from the inside out. Due to these schematics being an early version of the nanobots there was not telling how useful was this information.
A couple of hours go by & Tammy comes into the lab and Dr.Karf quickly tells her everything he has found so far in the flash drive. Tammy: "So you're telling me that the dead women Jake found at the gas station was no other than the sister of the current vice ceo of the company Yuna Akaza?" Dr.Karf: "Afraid so, not only that but they also re-worked the new software we used and shared with the rest of the facilities around the planet." Tammy: "We?" Dr.Karf: Yes, the research team I was part of in Malae created the the AI, or at least the early version of the current one." Tammy: "I figured you worked for them, but wow. And their is no way to fight it?" Dr.Karf: "How can you fight something that's basically everywhere, and not just one but maybe thousands upon thousands. But I found something in the last file that could really help us." Dr.Karf loads the file to the monitor, Tammy gets closer to the screen and sees some sort of frequency formula, a blueprint of some sort of generator and a note that says as follows:

Hey sister, I really hope this message gets to you. There's been a problem, the team in Malae was right. This AI, it used us. Tricked us. There's barely any time left now, all comunications were disabled even inside the planet. The virus worked, but it was all plan of this machine. I'm heading to the main server's terminal outside the city to try and deliver these files to you or to anyone outside. The formula below is a frequency capable of completely neutrlizing the ACEs nanobots completely but in order to generate the frequency you need an specific radio we developed. This was a mistake sis. Please send help as soon as possible, and tell mother I'm sorry for missing her birthday again."
