For up to one hours a day, he can use the template of any human character from any visual fictional work he has personally experienced, even ones from his previous life(ves). Once a character template has been activated for the first time, they remain usable even if he loses his memories.

Fictional Media:
A work must be a visual narrative, such as manga, anime, films, or story-driven video games, that provides a concrete depiction of characters.
Also, the work must contain a structured story, and its creation must have zero involvement from Aleks (Rein); he cannot influence, write, or commission the material in any way.

Tiering System:
Tier 1: From ordinary humans to those with the power to single-handedly overthrow an entire nation.
Cooldown: Ten Seconds.
Tier 2: Literal 'Calamities'-beings capable of subjugating multiple nations, demolishing entire continents, or bringing about the total end of the world.
Cooldown: Ten Days.
Tier 3: Characters who are literal "Gods" in human skin. These characters possess powers that far surpass those of Tier 2 and scale infinitely upwards.
Cooldown: Ten Years.
(Cooldown takes effect if the template is deactivated or the usage limit is reached for the day.)

Characters he CANNOT pick:
• Characters that are no longer truly human.
• Characters who have another sentient non-human being sealed inside them.
• Characters that are avatars of gods or incarnations of divine beings.

Restrictions:
1. The User is strictly prohibited from introducing foreign matter into the Universe's closed system on a permanent basis. Any construct, object, or entity manifested from non-local reality will undergo 'Correction' and cease to exist once the Authority enters its inactive state.
2. Any ability or enhancement bestowed upon the User's own body or soul is inextricably tied to the active Template. Upon deactivation, the User's status reverts to their 'Base'. No residual gains or permanent evolutions are allowed.
