Chapter 124 - Home

The Inner World. The First Layer.

After a three-month domination.

It was time to leave.

They marched toward the passage that connected to Isla Nublar, preparing to reclaim the surface.

Along the way, the ecosystem parted like the Red Sea.

Every creature in the Hollow Earth fled in panic.

They knew the truth: the Skullcrawlers, the former tyrants of this realm, had been exterminated.

The title of Overlord now belonged to these new, Gojira.

The passage was located directly above the gravitational inversion point.

Miraluz leaped first, crossing the critical threshold.

Gravity shifted violently.

The "ceiling" of the world suddenly became the floor beneath their feet, and the massive, sprawling landscape of the Hollow Earth rotated in their vision.

The tunnel, once leading up, now plunged down.

The gravity physics of the Inner World were mind-bending, but the dinosaurs had lived here long enough to adapt.

"Let's go."

Miraluz plummeted into the tunnel, initiating the long, free-fall bungee jump between worlds.

Aotuna, Kong, and the legion of Titans followed close behind.

SCREEECH!

Halfway through the gravity well, a piercing shriek cut through the roar of the wind.

A hideous, gargoyle-like silhouette surged up from the depths of the tunnel.

It had the head of a deep-sea anglerfish and wings that spanned over a hundred meters.

"This is... an Ion Dragon?"

Miraluz recognized the beast instantly. A Gamma-class Titan.

This species had a history with humanity.

In 1946, a sub-adult Ion Dragon had sunk the USS Lawton, an event that directly catalyzed the founding of Monarch.

Miraluz hadn't expected to find one here.

It seemed that while he was conquering the Hollow Earth, this scavenger had sneaked into the passage to explore.

Gugu—?

The Ion Dragon froze.

It had just discovered a new world, only to run headfirst into an army of high-level Titans plunging toward it.

It was a meeting on a narrow road, and there was nowhere to hide.

"RIP!"

There was no battle. There was only an execution.

Miraluz didn't even slow down.

His hand shot out with lightning speed, snatching the Ion Dragon out of the air.

With a casual exertion of force, he tore the beast in half from head to tail.

Titan blood rained down like mist. It was dead before it realized it had been attacked.

You think you can use my express lane? Know your place.

[System Message: You hunted an Ion Dragon (Titan). Obtained 1,000,000 Gene Points.]

A million points. A nice, unexpected bonus.

Dragging the broken corpse of the Ion Dragon, Miraluz continued his ascent.

Moments later, they burst out of the crust and back into the humid air of Isla Nublar.

The island remained unchanged, a green jewel in the ocean.

But the creatures returning to it were unrecognizable.

Who could have imagined? The clones created by humans for a theme park—mere exhibits for curiosity—had shattered their genetic shackles.

They were returning to the modern world with a message for the human race:

We are the true masters of this Earth.

The Jurassic Alliance tore through the perpetual storm clouds surrounding the island and landed on Dragon Island.

"Dragon God! You have returned!"

The massive head of the Mosasaur broke the surface of the lagoon.

It stared, stunned, at the returning army. Its companions had undergone terrifying transformations.

'How? In just a few months, you all became gods, and I'm left at the bottom of the food chain?'

"You worked hard guarding our home," Miraluz rumbled.

"This is your reward."

He tossed the remaining vials of Titan Essence, along with the fresh blood extracted from the Ion Dragon, into the lagoon.

"Thank you, Dragon God, for the gift!"

The Mosasaur roared with gratitude.

As one of the Five Dragon Generals, it refused to be left behind.

It swallowed the essence. The water began to boil.

The Mosasaur underwent a violent evolution, shedding its limits to become the Beta-class Sea Dragon.

It grew to over 120 meters in length, weighing a staggering 50,000 tons.

It was now the undisputed overlord of the ocean.

It gained amphibious capabilities, allowing it to fight on land, and its internal reactor developed a terrifying specialization: Absolute Zero.

It could now exhale a freezing breath capable of turning miles of ocean into solid ice.

The lineup was finally complete.

The "Five Dragon Generals" and "Eight Dragon Riders" were all full Titans.

The Five Generals:

Sea Dragon (Mosasaur)

Female Fire Dragon (Quetzalcoatlus)

Brute Tyrant (Giganotosaurus)

Spined Caracara (Spinosaurus)

Slayer (Allosaurus)

The Eight Riders:

Devil's Claw, Smasher, Swift-Claw, Venom Spitter, Thunder Thief, and the Fire Pterosaurs.

They were no longer just dinosaurs.

They were the Gojira Clan.

Miraluz decided to establish a new hierarchy, dividing their race into five major lineages based on their biological traits:

Leviathans (Sea Dragons): Rulers of the deep.

Brute Wyverns (Theropods): The heavy hitters. Flightless, bipedal, massive. This included the Tyrant, Caracara, Smasher, and Slayer.

Fanged Wyverns: Smaller, agile, quadrupedal or specialized hunters. This included the Thunder Thief and Venom Spitter.

Flying Wyverns: Bipedal with integrated wings. The Fire Queen and Fire Pterosaurs.

Elder Dragons: The apex. Quadrupedal with separate, massive wings. This category belonged solely to Miraluz and Grey.

This classification would define their species for generations to come.

Speaking of generations...

The second generation of hatchlings on Dragon Island had also changed.

Three months of exposure to residual radiation had accelerated their growth.

They had moved from infancy to adolescence, ready for combat.

When Aotuna checked on her nest, she was shocked.

Her seven children were beginning to diverge.

Their scales were shifting colors.

Her eldest son, Bahamut, had scales as dark as the void.

Her second son burned with Red scales.

Her daughter shone White.

They were all Elder Dragon species.

In the future, they would branch out, forming new, complex lineages of power.

The future of the clan was full of infinite possibilities.
