Decades after decades of these thoughts made the relationship between the Uchiha and Konoha in the present extremely tense, so tense that any action could trigger a war between both sides.
This was something the current clan leader, Uchiha Fugaku, knew. That was why he planned to use Shisui as a bridge to reconnect both sides.
Shisui, having been raised with that purpose since childhood, turned it into his greatest goal and his reason for living, even going so far as to place the village above his clan many times, claiming it was to demonstrate loyalty to Konoha and improve the clan's reputation.

"Normally we would start with 100, but since it is Minato we start with 200J immediately", she murmured while pressing some buttons on the machine.
Holding both handles that protruded from the machine, lifting a thin rectangle that filtered electricity, she pressed it directly against Minato's chest.
Minato's body jerked from the sudden electricity.
The ninja calmly repeated the action two more times before Minato's chest began to rise and fall steadily, showing that he was breathing again.
"What was that?"
"It is called a defibrillator. There is no longer a fight, so why don't you leave?" she said with disdain.
"More and more strange and powerful ninjas keep appearing. Honestly I do not understand the current world. Zero respect for their elders." The large toad snorted before disappearing from the place after seeing that she truly did not plan to harm Minato.
The ninja disappeared from Minato's side before reappearing next to Shisui.
