"Great, this is for you, please sign for it." The man handed the item to Hayley Cole, who quickly took it and asked while opening it, "What is this?"
"This is the lawsuit from Frederick Cole to sever the father-daughter relationship with you..."
Before the man could finish speaking, Hayley Cole jumped like a cat whose tail had been stepped on: "What? My dad wants to sever ties with me? Why?"
"That I'm not sure about," the man said with a smile, "Please attend court on time, Miss Cole."
After speaking, the man turned to leave.
Hayley Cole could not possibly let him go, she immediately opened the door, rushed out, grabbed the man's arm, and questioned: "What is happening? Why would my dad take me to court? Sever ties? Sever what ties?"
"Miss Cole, saying this to me is useless, I think you might want to communicate well with your father." The man said professionally with a smile.
He had seen many clients in denial of reality, so he wasn't the least bit nervous.
