"Call him, I want to speak to him personally!" Old Mr. Chapman ordered the receptionist unceremoniously.
"I'm sorry, sir, I don't have the authority to do that," the receptionist replied helplessly.
Old Mr. Chapman angrily slapped the table: "I'm his grandfather!"
"In that case, why not call our chairman directly," the receptionist kindly suggested.
This suggestion made Old Mr. Chapman feel particularly embarrassed. If he had Charles Seymour's phone number, wouldn't he have called already?
"What's the matter with you?" As soon as Ethan Seymour saw Old Mr. Chapman speechless, he stepped forward quickly to take charge, "You must know me, right? I'm Charles Seymour's father. Call him down, or call his secretary!"
The receptionist smiled and said, "Since you are our chairman's father, why don't you contact him directly? I really don't have the authority for this."
