Xiao Rou obediently went over, found a place to sit down and rest.
Although it wasn't peak movie-watching time, the crowd wasn't small. Seated next to Xiao Rou was a young couple, engaged in a non-stop argument about something.
"I want to watch this one."
The girl was acting coy, but the boy remained unmoved: "What's good about this cartoon? It's childish, let's watch this Hollywood blockbuster instead."
"This one is Hollywood too, but I don't like science fiction. Let's watch this one."
Xiao Rou didn't really want to hear their silly bickering, but since she was only one seat away from them, it was hard not to overhear.
Xiao Rou stared at her toes, pretending not to listen, but then heard the boy think for a moment and say, "How about we watch separately?"
"Separately? How can we do that? You promised to accompany me to the movies; let's watch this one."
"I don't want to; it's childish. Either we watch separately or watch this."
"No, can't you just accommodate me a little?"
