"Finally! We got him inside."
The whisper came from somewhere nearby.
"Yes. Looks like no one saw us."
"That was terrifying. Couldn't we have just asked him to come?"
"He would've made some excuse and disappeared again."

Lor recognized her voice immediately.
There was a brief silence.
"I'm tired…"
"You were excited when you heard the idea."
"I was excited then. This is different."
"It was kind of exciting, though."
"Shh!"
Olivia lowered her voice.
"He can hear us."
Lor kept his eyes shut.
Interesting.
Very interesting.
Three voices.
Olivia.
Lia.
And Sophia.
So this was their plan.
A kidnapping.
A terribly executed kidnapping.
He almost laughed.
The gag tasted like clean cloth. The blindfold was tight enough that light only leaked in at the edges. His wrists were bound behind his back. Not badly. Not well either. If he wanted out, he could be out. He did not want out yet.
"But we'll have to reveal ourselves eventually, right?"
