Luo Xudong returned three days later. As he walked into the small courtyard, his face remained cold and serious. It wasn't until he entered the house that his expression showed signs of exhaustion.
Beisitian came out from inside, making a hush gesture to indicate that the three little ones were asleep.
Luo Xudong nodded, sitting on the sofa. He leaned back, his long legs stretched on the floor, relaxing his whole body, then reached out to Beisitian.
Beisitian walked over, placed her hand in Luo Xudong's palm, and was pulled towards him.
"Stop it, you look exhausted." Beisitian sat on his long legs, playfully teasing him with a smile.
Luo Xudong gently embraced Beisitian, his large hand caressing her back. With less clothing, it seemed he could touch her skin underneath.
With a stroke of his large hand, Luo Xudong's face revealed a wry smile. He whispered into her ear, "Not wearing a camisole?"
