Aurelia's eyes shifted slightly, "Mason, I don't plan on having your child for now."
She felt it was necessary to clarify this with Mason Nightshade.
She didn't want to get pregnant; she wasn't even mentally prepared to welcome a new life.
"I understand," Mason said. "We can have one later, there's no rush about the child."
"What if I never want one?" Aurelia looked at him.
Mason seemed surprised she asked this question.
Aurelia continued, "What if I never want children? How will you explain that to Grandpa?"
"We can discuss children later. I don't want any now either. When you're ready, we'll talk about it then, okay?"
It seemed like she still hadn't let go of the miscarriage.
Mason blamed himself for not having protected her well before, but his silence held a different meaning for Aurelia.
