Grayson Quinn was momentarily stunned, "You're... you're transferring to Balthazar Shaw's hospital? Just to maybe run into her once? She's hurt you like this and hasn't even looked at you once, hasn't inquired about your condition. It shows you're not that important to her.
Mason, listen to me, give up on this woman. There are plenty of good women out there, why does it have to be her?"
"It just has to be her." Grayson said calmly, "Will you help me with the transfer, or do I have to go down and handle it myself?"
"I'll do it." Unable to persuade Mason Nightshade otherwise, Grayson obediently went out to handle the transfer paperwork.
