"Are you tired of living?" Aurelia Shaw snapped.
"Move!"
Aurelia Shaw gave him a shove.
Robert's strength was surprisingly great, and even with a push, Aurelia Shaw couldn't move him aside.
Robert chuckled, looking at the woman's delicate face with slightly furrowed brows. He didn't even know why he had rushed out. By the time he came to his senses, he was already standing in front of her, as if he couldn't bear to see this woman getting hurt in front of him.
She was so strong in front of him, despite him saving her. Along the way, he seemed to be the burden instead.
If he couldn't even protect her at this moment, what kind of man was he? He'd truly be less than a woman.
"Sometimes you can rely on a man, don't be so strong-headed yourself, let a man protect you too," Robert said slowly. "You're so strong-willed that my sense of existence as a man is gone."
"Woman, sometimes you need to learn to rely on a man, you know?"
