Angela hoped deep in her heart that he would finally tell the truth today. Even if he didn't give a damn about her, at the very least, he should care about his brothers.
"Come on, Kaito. Choose now, because you won't get an opportunity like this after today."
"Can you please stop this?" he asked, already exhausted by the realization that she wasn't going to give up anytime soon.
"Tell the truth and I'll stop," she said, rolling her eyes and refusing to let him intimidate her. "Fine. I'm leaving."
"I have the key," Kaito reminded her, lifting it up so it caught the light.
"I will break this door down."
"No, you won't, because I won't let you."
"Try me," Angela challenged. She turned to face the door, took a step back, and balled her hands into tight fists. Shattering a wooden door was easy enough for a werewolf like her, but she still had to be careful; she couldn't risk the students living next door catching her in the act.
