As Shawn stepped into the Ring City, he immediately sensed something amiss—the stench of decay enveloped the entire city.
This eerie ritual had been in motion for a long time.
At least over a hundred thousand people in the Ring City were in a zombie-like state; in other words, they were only one step away from shedding their flesh and becoming monsters. Shawn wasn't sure how many he could save, but the sooner he acted, the more would ultimately survive.
