"Alright, I'll go with you."
Kong Lingwen nodded. She knew that Yang Cheng had his reasons for every decision he made, and all she needed to do was trust him.
"By the way, have you contacted Uncle Kong? How is he now?"
Yang Cheng asked.
"He and Grandpa are both safe, but the Kong Family Villa is not safe anymore. Aunty Ni and Kong Lingchuan are both living there, and I'm a bit worried."
Kong Lingwen might have spoken ill of Kong Lingchuan, but he was still her brother, and she couldn't just watch him get killed.
"I'll have someone escort Aunty Ni away first, and as for Kong Lingchuan, he should come with us. He's a man of the Kong family, and he can't always hide behind. He needs to learn to face risks too."
Just as Yang Cheng finished speaking, Kong Lingwen's phone rang.
She raised her hand to hang up, but the phone rang again soon after, as if refusing to relent.
"Answer it; it should be Cao Ruibin calling."
Yang Cheng said.
