On October 1st, the "Biel Hall New Regulations" officially went online. As soon as midnight struck, it was automatically distributed to every member.
Immediately, it caused a huge uproar.
There is a discussion area in Biel Hall's internal app, usually a place for members to freely communicate, to seek help, discuss, make plans... all sorts of things, anyhow, only internal members can see it.
Normally, the activity level here is not high.
But on this day of national celebration, the discussion area's activity level soared to its peak, increasing exponentially by the hour, and basically, as long as you knew about this discussion area, you would swing by here.
The new regulations announcement was pinned to the top of the discussion area, garnering eight thousand comments just in the morning.
Among the newly published posts, eight out of every ten were discussing the new regulations, and two were about the beautiful-as-a-Heavenly-Immortal Master Scott.
