Vanessa Thorne was in another direction, standing opposite the Third Regent, who seemed to look down upon her with nothing but contempt because of her gender. The man simply mocked and looked down on women in general, as they held no place in his eyes.
To the Third Regent, women should be slaves; they should be chained and should be nothing more than sex slaves for men in general. How he came to possess such a twisted mindset, no one knew, but the man knew when to keep it in check and when to show it.
After all, despite his opinion on women, his Grand Regent was a woman who could kill him with a slap should she so wish, and not only that, his Empire's former ruler was a woman who was also at the Radiant Crownstar Life Rank, who could likewise end his pitiful existence with a backhand slap.
