In the infirmary, Michelle sat in a medical cot as Medic moved her right hand a bit while the Mini Huggies sat beside her, and Katelynn watched across from her. "You're very lucky, Misha; if Kevin had clenched on your wrists any longer, he would've broken them," he said before letting go and rolling back a bit.
Michelle remained silent and looked away; Medic looked at her and then at Katelynn. "I'm gonna check on Huggy; you two look like you need to talk something out," he said as he hopped off the cot and landed on the ground before rolling away.
Michelle looked at the Mini Huggies. "I'll be fine, little ones; why don't you check on Huggy and Kissy?" she said.
The Mini Huggies looked at Michelle before they turned away and hopped off the cot. Lilac stopped a bit and looked at Michelle; she smiled a bit and waved. Lilac stared at Michelle before hopping off the cot and catching up to the other Mini Huggies.
Katelynn sighed and crossed her arms before looking at Michelle. "You know, you and Big Brother are always the ones to lose your tempers; I never get the chance to be that angry," she said.
Michelle looked down with a slight frown. "Listen, Big Sister... all the stuff Big Brother said... he only said it because he loves you and doesn't want to see you hurt," Katelynn continued.
Michelle huffed a bit. "Yeah, I'm aware... he loves me just as much as you," she said.
Katelynn shook her head. "No, Big Sister... he 'loves' loves you..." she said.
Michelle was shocked and looked at Katelynn with a slight blush. "How... how do you know that?" she asked.
Katelynn pointed to her head. "Not only do I have my memories... I also remember the stuff when I was Suzy," she said. "I wanna say it was a year after the Hour of Joy..."
(Flashback Begins)
In the rail cave, Suzy came out of a large pipe before reforming herself. "Big Brother Matthew said Big Brother Doey was around here somewhere," she said before looking around. "I should find him quickly before he freaks out."
When Suzy looked forward, she spotted Kevin sitting on the ledge before getting on part of the railroad track and walking forward while balancing herself. After Suzy got off the railroad track, she approached Kevin. "Big Brother?" she asked.
Kevin jumped a bit and turned his head to Suzy. "Why are you out here?" he asked.
Suzy looked down and held her hands together. "Big Brother Matthew and Big Brother Jack were worried about you..." she said. "So, I snuck out to get you back."
Kevin stared at Suzy before sighing and looking forward. "Don't worry... I'll be back at Safe Haven," he said.
Suzy stared at Kevin before sitting next to him and looking at him. "Is something bothering you, Big Brother?" she asked.
Kevin glanced at Suzy before sighing and looking forward. "It's nothing... just thinking about a friend I used to hang out with at Playcare," he said. "I hope she's doing alright..."
Suzy tilted her head. "Is she your girlfriend?" she asked.
Kevin blushed and looked at Suzy. "No!" he shouted before flinching. "I mean, well... she is a girl, and she is my friend, but..."
Kevin sighed and looked forward. "She's just someone... I really care about..." he continued.
Suzy looked at Kevin. "What makes her special?" she asked.
Kevin looked down. "Well... she's kind to those she's close with and has a caring heart," he said. "Even though there were times I was angry at her... she's still kind to me..."
Suzy looked forward. "This person sounds awesome," she said.
Kevin nodded and placed his hand over his chest. "She really is..." he said. "Whenever I have my dark times, she's... she's my light..."
Suzy smiled at Kevin. "It sounds like you two were made for each other," she said.
Kevin frowned and looked down. "Even if that were true... I... I can't be with her..." he said.
Suzy tilted her head. "Why not?" she asked.
Kevin stood up and turned to Suzy. "Look at me; I'm a toy made out of Doey Dough while she's human..." he said before holding his left arm. "There's no way she would date someone like me..."
Suzy stared at Kevin before standing up and holding his hand in both of hers, which made him look at her. "Well, if this human likes you just as much as she did back then, that shouldn't matter," she said.
Suzy smiled. "She'd love you for you..." she continued.
Kevin stared at Suzy before smiling a bit and petting her head. "Thanks for that, half-pint. Now c'mon... let's go back to Safe Haven," he said, which made her smile and nod before the duo approached the pipe.
(Flashback Ends)
Katelynn looked at Michelle. "Even though I had no memories back then, I know in my heart that he was talking about you," she said. "You're his light..."
Michelle stared at Katelynn, shocked, before looking away. "I... I don't know what to say about that..." she said, lowly.
Katelynn looked at Michelle with serious eyes. "It shouldn't be me that you should be saying it to," she said, which made her look at her. "You should be telling it to Big Brother."
Michelle stared at Katelynn before looking down with a frown. "Do you still think he wants to talk to me? Even after what happened..." she said, lowly, before crossing her arms. "I mean... knowing him, he'll try to push me away..."
Katelynn stared at Michelle before smiling a bit and approaching her. When Katelynn was close to Michelle, she wrapped her arm around her neck, which made her look at her. "You're probably right, but if there's something I've learned..." she said.
The duo turned their heads to the left and saw Huggy Wuggy was lying in his cot asleep, with fresh bandages wrapped around his stump and parts of his body, and his bowtie around his neck.
At the same time, Kissy Missy rubbed her cheek against Huggy Wuggy's cheek, purring, and the Mini Huggies surrounded them with happy chirps. Katelynn smiled at the group before looking at Michelle. "It's that love conquers all..." she said.
Michelle stared at the group before smiling a bit. "Alright... I'll go talk to him," she said.
Katelynn slightly grinned at Michelle. "Aren't you forgetting something?" she asked.
Michelle looked at Katelynn, confused, before realizing it. "My GrabPack," she said before getting off the cot and sprinting toward the infirmary hallway.
When Michelle was out of sight, Katelynn giggled a bit with a smile. "It's about time those two got together; they're so dense when it comes to love," she said before approaching the infirmary hallway.

At the rail cave, Michelle got out of the Waste Water Plant before turning to the door and closing it.
The phone started ringing, which made Michelle look at it before she heard static. "Hey, can you hear me?... There's some— When you get the Omni-Hand— Hopefully, it's nothing— Might not be—" the line was cut off before Ollie could finish.
Michelle rolled her eyes and turned away from the door. You always have bad timing, she thought before looking around.
Soon after, Michelle saw Kevin sitting on a ledge, curled up in on himself, trembling. Michelle frowned and looked down. I hate it when he's like this... and it's my fault that he is like this... she thought.
Michelle closed her eyes and took a deep breath before exhaling. Keep it together, Misha... whatever he dishes out, I can take it... she thought before looking at Kevin and approaching him.
Kevin heard steps, which made him flinch and turn his head to the left. Kevin saw Michelle standing on the ledge with a gap between them before sitting down. "Hey..." she said, lowly.
Kevin stared at Michelle before looking away. "I don't want to talk to you..." he said.
Michelle looked forward. "You don't have to; I can talk while you listen," she said.
Kevin remained silent and looked down as Michelle glanced at him. "Have I ever told you what I wanted to do when I got out of the orphanage?" she asked.
Michelle grabbed the end of her braid with her right hand and played with it. "For the longest time in my life... I wanted to be a farmer," she said. "Grow my crops, take care of my farm animals, just... a quiet lifestyle where I don't have to deal with all of the chaos in my past life..."
Michelle chuckled. "Heck, maybe I'd have a farmer husband and a few kids down the road, but that's just wishful thinking," she continued.
Michelle looked down with a slight smile. "If things were normal... I would've asked if you and Katie would help me at my farm, but..." she said before frowning a bit and letting go of her braid. "You were already gone before I could ask..."
Kevin clenched his arms as Michelle looked at him. "I know that part wasn't your fault... the scientists grabbed you while you were asleep," she continued before looking forward. "Besides... you'd probably think my dream was stupid..."
Kevin let go of his arms before standing up, which made Michelle look at him. "Real touching..." he said sarcastically. "Since you've been kind enough to share something, I've got something to share with you."
Kevin sternly looked at Michelle. "You ever wondered how Katie and I got into Playcare's custody?" he asked.
Michelle stared at Kevin. "My old man was an abuser; he got my mom knocked up when they were in college, forcing both of them to drop out and get married," he said. "Whenever that bastard had a chance, he'd beat her up even when I was still in her womb..."
Kevin growled. "When I was a toddler, he'd smack the back of my head for any bullshit excuse he could make up and beat me up while my mom couldn't do anything about it," he continued.
Kevin clenched his fists. "When Katie was two, she didn't know any better and drew on the wall..." he said. "When that fucker was reaching for her... I punched him so hard in the dick he fell to the floor. I kept punching and kicking him while screaming while he was on the ground."
Kevin's body bubbled. "I was seeing red at the time..." he continued before he closed his eyes and took a deep breath while he made his body stop bubbling. "The only reason I was pulled out of it is that I saw Katie crying... not knowing the true nature of that fucker she calls 'Dada'..."
Michelle frowned. "Apparently, the neighbors heard my screaming and Katie's crying, which led them to call the cops..." Kevin said. "They arrested him, and we were taken to child services because our mom was unstable..."
Kevin looked down. "Apparently, a Playtime employee made an offer to my mom in exchange for us, and she agreed to it..." he continued before weakly chuckling a bit. "I guess she just wanted to get rid of his spawn... can't say I blame her though... I'm just like my old man."
Michelle was shocked and stood up. "That's not—" she was interrupted when Kevin turned to her with angry eyes. "Yes, it is!"
Michelle stared at Kevin. "That's why they chose me; I was only made to hurt things!!" he shouted.
Dark teal dough tears fell from Kevin's eyes, and he trembled a bit. "I... I even hurt you..." he said before covering his face with his hand. "I'm just as bad as him..."
Michelle stared at Kevin with a frown before looking away. I need to choose my next words and actions carefully while making sure my feelings reach him, she thought before closing her eyes.
Michelle took a deep breath and exhaled before sternly looking at Kevin. "Listen here, Kev," she said.
Kevin uncovered his face and looked at Michelle. "You're nothing like your old man," she continued. "Under all that anger and gruffness... you're a kind guy that protects his family."
Michelle crossed her arms and looked away. "And everything that happened in Safe Haven... I'm not gonna hold that against you," she said, which shocked Kevin. "It was my fault to begin with... I was the one who instigated it in the first place, so I had it coming."
Kevin stared at Michelle before gritting his teeth. "You don't get it..." he said, which made her look at him.
Kevin glared at Michelle as he placed his hand on his chest. "I hurt you..." he continued. "And I can do it again..."
Michelle stared at Kevin with a stoic face. "But you won't," she said.
Kevin growled as he approached Michelle. "And how would you know that, huh?" he asked.
When Kevin was close to Michelle, the claws on his right hand sharpened a bit before holding them somewhat close to her neck. "I could easily pierce your skin with one finger, and you'd be dead in an instant," he said.
Michelle grabbed one of Kevin's fingers, which shocked him. "Let's put that to the test, then," she said as she pulled his claw toward her neck.
Kevin stared at Michelle with an exasperated expression and quickly retracted the claw she held as it touched her neck before glaring at her. "The fuck are you doing?!" he shouted.
Michelle sternly looked at Kevin. "Proving my point," she said. "If you really wanted to hurt me, you wouldn't have retracted your claw, and my neck would be bleeding."
Kevin stared at Michelle before pulling his hand away and quickly stepping away until he stopped and looked down. Michelle stared at Kevin until he started laughing hysterically, which made her nervous with a sweatdrop. "Oh dear..." she said, lowly.
Michelle covered her ears. "If you've got to scream, let it out now," she continued.
Kevin turned to the right before letting out a loud, blood-curdling scream. As Michelle looked at Kevin, she could see a dark teal humanoid with angry red eyes and arms with four long-fingered digits coming out of his mouth while he screamed.
When Kevin stopped screaming and the humanoid retracted back inside, he tried to catch his breath as the caves echoed his scream. Soon after, Kevin turned to Michelle. "You do this every time..." he said. "You know what buttons to press, and it drives me crazy!!"
Michelle sighed and uncovered her ears. "Well, if pressing buttons helps my loved ones, I'll press as many as I can," she said.
Kevin growled. "The only one I consider my loved one is my sister; no other person loved me for me!!" he shouted.
Michelle sternly looked at Kevin. "I do, dumbass!!" she shouted.
Kevin was caught off guard and looked at Michelle with widened eyes. "You... what?" he asked.
Michelle sighed while blushing a bit. "Yes... I've loved you ever since the day you dealt with those assholes that took away my Doey toy..." she said before bashfully glancing away. "After that day, my love and admiration for you grew every time we hung out."
Kevin stared at Michelle, baffled, before looking away in disbelief. "That... that can't be true..." he said, lowly.
Michelle stared at Kevin with a heavy blush before sighing. "You want more proof that I love you?" she asked rhetorically before approaching him. "Then, I'll give it to you."
When Kevin looked forward, Michelle stood before him and grabbed his head, which shocked him, before pulling him into a kiss. Kevin stared at Michelle with widened eyes before she pulled away and let go of his head.
Michelle placed her hand over her mouth with a chuckle. "It's a bit saltier than I thought it would be, but I don't mind that..." she said.
Kevin stared at Michelle as he tried to process her action. "What... did you..." he said, lowly.
Michelle looked at Kevin and pointed at him. "That was my first kiss," she said. "If there was one person I wanted my first kiss to be with, it's you."
Kevin was shocked and covered his mouth a bit. "But... why me?" he asked.
Michelle looked down and held her hands a bit. "The day I came to Playcare for the first time was days after that incident..." she said. "At the time... I felt like I couldn't trust anyone ever again after dealing with that... disgusting couple..."
Tears pricked Michelle's eyes. "But then... I encountered your sister and guided her back to you... giving me a sliver of hope that not all people are bad," she continued.
Michelle clenched her hands. "When that one asshole said what would happen if he destroyed my Doey toy, I began to lose more hope in humanity... that is... until you punched him in the face..." she said.
Michelle looked at Kevin as tears fell from her eyes. "You told Katie that I was your light... but you..." she continued. "You're more than just my light..."
Kevin stared at Michelle with widened eyes. "You're my night... my day... my moon, my bright burning star..." she said. "You're the reason why I'm still alive in the first place... you're... everything to me..."
Michelle looked down as teardrops landed on the ground. "When both of you were gone... I snatched a Swiss Army knife from some random person on the street... and would've used it to end my life..." she continued. "But at the time, a caretaker came in, so I had to hide it..."
Michelle trembled and crossed her arms. "But every time no one was watching me... I couldn't do it..." she said. "Knowing in my heart, it's something both of you didn't want me to do... but it was so lonely..."
Kevin was distraught as Michelle collapsed to her knees. "I get you wanted to keep me safe, but... nowhere above the surface is safe for me..." she continued.
Michelle covered her face with her hands. "I feel safe when I'm with you..." she said. "Please don't leave me... I don't want to be alone again..."
As Michelle cried, Kevin stared at her before dark teal dough tears fell from his eyes. Kevin knelt before Michelle and quickly wrapped his arms around her, which surprised her.
Michelle looked at Kevin with tears pricking her eyes. "You're right... I wanted to keep you safe because I love you, too," he said. "When the Doctor held you prisoner, I couldn't bear another event like that happening again."
Kevin looked down and trembled a bit. "The last thing I wanted to see was you hurt, but... I did it with my words and my hands..." he continued before closing his eyes and trembling more. "I..."
Michelle stared at Kevin before raising her right hand and wiping the dark teal dough tears off his face, which made him stop trembling and open his eyes before looking at her. "I know you didn't mean to hurt me... I don't hold you accountable for that..." she said.
Soon after, Michelle placed her hand in Kevin's cheek. "Because deep down, you wanted to protect me..." she continued. "But you don't have to worry about me... I've managed to survive this hell and things much worse than this."
Kevin stared at Michelle before his eyes became soft, and he laid his hand over hers. "Misha..." he said, lowly.
Michelle smiled as Kevin lay his forehead against hers before they closed their eyes and kissed. Unbeknownst to the duo, Katelynn came out of the pipe before reforming herself. "I have to find those two quickly," she said before looking around.
When Katelynn spotted the duo kissing, she was shocked before smiling and squealing, which made the duo flinch and quickly pull away, blushing. "It finally happened!" she shouted.
Michelle looked away, blushing and wiping the tears off her face while Kevin sternly looked at Katelynn. "Katie, what the hell?!" he shouted, which made her flinch.
Katelynn nervously giggled and placed her hands together. "Sorry, I must have ruined the moment," she said.
After the duo stood up, Michelle looked at Katelynn. "What are you doing out here anyway?" she asked.
Katelynn remembered. "Ah, right; the reason why I came here in the first place!" she shouted before looking at the duo. "It's Safe Haven... the power suddenly went out!!"
The duo was shocked. "The power went out..." Michelle said.
Kevin looked at Michelle. "Could it be...?" he asked.
Michelle turned to the door. "We won't know until we get there; you go with Katie, I'll take the Sewer Access route," she said.
Kevin nodded as the duo went in different directions; Michelle stood before the door and quickly opened it. Let's hope it's what I think it is, she thought before entering the room and closing the door behind her.
