Chapter 446: The Battle of the Heavenly Arena Begins!
"Mang Mountain's people have arrived!"
As the blood-red clouds approached with overwhelming momentum, cries of alarm echoed across the plain. The voices were filled with urgency—it was clear that many had already grown impatient waiting for this long-anticipated clash.
"Haha, Four Symbols Palace? You rabble actually dare call yourselves by such a grand name? Just a band of misfits trying to challenge my Mang Mountain—truly overestimating yourselves!"
The blood-red clouds descended upon the center of the plain, and at their forefront, a burst of wild, mocking laughter rang out, spreading through the heavens and earth.
The crimson fog gradually dispersed, revealing massive forces assembled in formation.
At the very front, five figures hovered in mid-air, their gazes filled with mockery as they stared across at Lin Fan and his group.
The moment the five figures appeared, the clamor across the land seemed to fade bit by bit.
Those who cast their gazes toward them were filled with awe and unease—compared to the newly formed Four Symbols Palace, Mang Mountain still held the upper hand in sheer intimidation.
Lin Fan's eyes locked onto the five figures. Four of them wore long crimson robes, their faces wild and unruly, brimming with madness.
At the center of the group stood a man in a green robe.
With his hands clasped behind his back, the man looked quite handsome, and unlike the others, there was no wildness in his brows—only calm pride.
Though he stood among the four, a natural air of nobility set him apart. In comparison, the other four seemed to fade in presence.
Clearly, this was Luo Tong, the Mysterious King of the Five Kings of Mang Mountain—a top-tier expert from the Nine Phoenix Clan.
Luo Tong didn't speak mockingly like the others. He simply gazed calmly at the Four Symbols Palace across from him.
Of course, this wasn't due to any sense of courtesy—he simply didn't think these people were worth the effort.
"The match hasn't even started yet, what are you so smug about?" the Sky Dragon Demon Commander sneered. Clearly, he had long held a grudge against Mang Mountain, and now their provocation brought his resentment boiling to the surface.
"Heh, Sky Dragon, it's only been a little while, but you seem a lot tougher now. Have your wounds healed?" smirked one of the crimson-robed men, eyes full of mockery. His name was Teng Feng, the East King among the Five Kings of Mang Mountain.
The Sky Dragon Demon Commander had previously suffered severe injuries and was forced to join the Four Symbols Palace. It was evident that those injuries had been inflicted by Mang Mountain's people.
"If not for your use of divine artifacts, do you think I would've feared any of you?" the Sky Dragon Demon Commander retorted coldly.
What followed was a round of sharp verbal exchanges between Teng Feng and his three brothers versus the Sky Dragon Demon Commander and his allies—neither side willing to back down.
"What's the point of all this nonsense? Let's follow the rules and get started," said Luo Tong flatly.
Within Mang Mountain, his words clearly carried great weight. As soon as he spoke, the other four kings nodded, their gazes turning cold as they locked onto Lin Dong and the others.
Outside the central area, onlookers watched as both sides flared up from the outset, their expressions shifting with excitement—clearly, things weren't going to end peacefully today.
"You all know the rules, so I won't repeat them. Best of five—first to three wins. The victor gets half the loser's territory. Any objections?"
Luo Tong glanced at Lin Dong, then paused before adding, "As for the Xuantian Hall, our clan has some interest in it. If you're willing to hand it over after this, perhaps we'll let Thunder Abyss Mountain remain in the Beast War Domain."
"You're getting ahead of yourself," Lin Fan said with a slight shake of his head. "Whether it's the land you want or my second brother's Xuantian Hall, you'll have to win first to earn the right to speak like that."
Luo Tong's eyes flashed coldly as he stared at Lin Fan. "Since you insist on humiliating yourselves, so be it."
"Hmph! Let's see who ends up humiliated!" barked the Golden Ape Demon Commander.
With a roar, he gripped a massive black iron staff, its head shaking the air so violently it tore through the sky itself.
Luo Tong glanced at him indifferently. Then, with a sudden stomp of his foot, the ground trembled violently. Earth and dust shot skyward, quickly forming a colossal platform nearly a thousand feet across.
"Teng Feng, Teng Lin… You two go. Finish it quickly," Luo Tong said calmly.
"Hmph."
The East King Teng Feng and West King Teng Lin nodded and vanished in a flash, reappearing atop the giant platform.
They stood tall, gazing down on the mighty forces of the Four Symbols Palace. Arrogant laughter echoed from above.
"Who dares to challenge us?"
"I'll take Teng Feng," said the Golden Ape Demon Commander in a low voice, gripping his iron staff tightly. This was the first match—it had to be a solid win to boost morale.
"I'll take on Teng Lin," said the Sky Dragon Demon Commander, voice equally steady.
"Very well," Lin Fan nodded, showing no objections. He then turned to Lin Dong. "Lend them two artifacts."
"Got it."
Lin Dong nodded and handed over two divine weapons: a massive bell and a dark-gold staff.
"Thank you!"
The two commanders were elated. Especially the Sky Dragon Demon Commander—he now wielded the Seabound Bell, ranked 26th on the Divine Artifact List!
After expressing their gratitude, the two shot toward the platform, appearing before Teng Feng and Teng Lin.
The four stood face to face. Their eyes locked, cold and murderous auras beginning to rise.
A vast, oppressive energy spread from their bodies, causing the atmosphere to grow heavy.
Four Rotation Stage powerhouses!
The crowd could feel the terrifying waves of power colliding above them. Eyes burned with anticipation—these were the top elites of their respective domains. No one knew who would come out on top.
The air between heaven and earth seemed to freeze. The pressure spilling from the platform made even seasoned warriors turn pale.
Then—
Boom!
The thunder of battle erupted. Winds howled, and a vast wave of energy engulfed the four figures. Like meteors streaking across the sky, they clashed in an explosive collision.
Boom! Boom!
Thunder rumbled across the platform. Flashes of light crisscrossed the space, warping the very air.
The terrifying spiritual energy spiraled out of control, even dimming the color of the sky.
The battle was fierce beyond words. The sheer force of the collision made it hard for onlookers to even keep their eyes open.
But after the first exchange, the fight was still unresolved.
Then, Teng Feng and Teng Lin each drew out a divine artifact resembling a giant pillar.
It was none other than the Four Symbols Immortal Suppression Pillar—ranked 17th on the Ancient Divine Artifact List!
A new, even more intense clash erupted under the gaze of thousands.
Everyone instinctively backed away, nervously watching the battlefield—eager to see how this titanic confrontation would end.
