Liu Erlong saw Yu Xiaogang slapped into a trash can but did not stop it. She felt disgusted with herself for ever loving this trash.
"No, Teacher!" Tang San finally snapped out of his shock after watching Yu Xiaogang land in the trash can.
"No need to shout. I only put him where he belongs," the middle-aged woman laughed, smacking Tang San across the face again.
Tang San's face quickly swelled into a pig's head. His mouth was so swollen he couldn't even speak properly.
After delivering a few more heavy slaps, she dragged Tang San outside the academy gate. Tang San, realizing resistance was useless, stopped struggling, but his killing intent overflowed as he memorized the mocking faces around him, vowing to take revenge in the future.
At the entrance, the woman's eyes lit up when she spotted a donkey nearby. Without hesitation, she dragged Tang San toward it.
She swiftly struck a few acupuncture points, immobilizing him, then forced him to sit upright on the donkey. Pulling out a rope, she tied him securely in a way that kept his posture straight.
Tang San tried to shout in anger, but his swollen face left his words muffled and incomprehensible.
Once he was tied, the woman pulled out a large cloth and carefully draped it over the ropes, making it look as if Tang San was willingly riding the donkey.
"Phew… perfect," the woman said with satisfaction, admiring her work.
Amid Tang San's frantic head shaking and muffled protests, she slapped the donkey. The beast bolted, carrying Tang San into the streets of the capital.
The woman turned back to the crowd, her expression stern.
"If any of you dare to do bad things, you will face similar consequences."
"We don't dare, Teacher!" the crowd answered in unison, terrified.
Though most of them pitied Tang San, they also thought that if the same happened to them, they would rather die than accept this punishment.
Satisfied with their response, the middle-aged woman nodded, then headed toward the capital.
Once she reached a secluded alley, she scanned her surroundings. Finding no one nearby, her body shifted and changed, Wu Lan's figure emerged.
"Tang San, I hope you enjoy my little gift. It'll make you famous throughout the continent," Wu Lan said with a playful smile.
Capital, Market Area
Merchants bustled, and middle-class families crowded the stalls, buying necessities.
Among them, a father and his five-year-old daughter were walking happily toward the market when sudden laughter erupted behind them. Turning, they saw an unforgettable sight.
A man with a pig-swollen face was sitting on a donkey galloping at full speed, his head jerking violently, tongue lolling out, eyes bloodshot.
It was none other than Tang San.
He struggled desperately, but the peculiar rope bindings made it impossible to mobilize his strength. He could only twist in vain, hatred burning in his eyes.
"You bitch! I'll kill you!" he cursed, but the words came out unclear.
The surrounding people burst into laughter.
"Dad, look! Donkey Rider!" the little girl cheered happily.
Her words spread like wildfire. Soon, the crowd began chanting, laughing, and pointing.
"Donkey Rider! Donkey Rider!"
From that day on, Tang San was given a new title by the people. As the donkey roamed the entire capital, his humiliating nickname spread everywhere.
'Donkey Rider.'
While Tang San drowned in shame, Wu Lan laughed gleefully in the shadows, guiding the donkey into crowded streets to ensure everyone saw knew his 'brother's' new title.
"No need to thank me, Brother. No, from now on it should be… Donkey Rider," Wu Lan said with amusement.
Meanwhile, Yu Xiaogang finally regained consciousness in the trash can. Enraged, he rushed to find Liu Erlong and Flender after hearing about Tang San's situation.
He barged into Liu Erlong's office without knocking, only to see her and Flender chatting.
"Flender! Erlong! You're both here. Quickly, come with me, Tang San is in danger! We must save him!" Without waiting, he ordered them rudely and turned to leave.
He didn't even consider the possibility of rejection.
"No. Your disciple deserves it for shamelessly barging into a girl's dormitory," Liu Erlong said coldly, suppressing her fury. Wu Lan had told her, killing Yu Xiaogang would only give him an easy way out. He should feel the pain she felt.
So, she restrained herself, but the disgust in her eyes deepened.
Flender was startled. Liu Erlong not only didn't rush to help him, but she even criticized him. The cold look on her face made it clear how much she despised Yu Xiaogang.
What happened, When i was not there.
"What? Impossible! My disciple would never do such a thing. He must have been framed!" Yu Xiaogang shouted in disbelief.
Liu Erlong's irritation flared. She didn't want to hear another word.
"Get out."
Yu Xiaogang froze, stunned by her words. But thinking of Tang San, he quickly recovered and turned to Flender for help.
"Fine. Let's go."
Flender's anger toward Yu Xiaogang still lingered over the academy incident, but seeing the matter was serious, he reluctantly agreed to help.
Yu Xiaogang shot Liu Erlong a resentful look before leaving. She noticed his expression and her disgust only grew stronger, petty and selfish.
As they hurried along, Flender asked, "Xiaogang, what exactly happened to Tang San?"
Yu Xiaogang hesitated, shame coloring his face. "Tang San was beaten and… tied to…" He trailed off, embarrassed.
"Tied to what?" Flender pressed.
To find Tang San, he needed Flender's help. Gritting his teeth, Yu Xiaogang finally spat it out.
"…a Donkey."
Flender nearly stumbled. He turned to Yu Xiaogang in disbelief. "A donkey?"
Yu Xiaogang's face turned crimson with shame. But still, he forced himself to nod. "Yes."
Flender drew a deep breath, fighting hard to suppress his laughter. Still his mouth twitched, threatening to betray him.
Seeing Yu Xiaogang's dark expression, Flender quickly released his martial spirit, grabbed him, and flew toward the capital find the Tang San.
