Leon stood beneath that attention without moving. Seraphine, Ira, Loriel, and Vyra remained around him, still adjusting to air dense with energy Velaria could never have produced. Above them, formations large enough to resemble drifting continents moved through the impossible heights of the sky. Farther away, the immense shape on the horizon remained impossible to identify as terrain, a structure, or something alive.
Only after memorizing those details did Leon lower his gaze.
