There will be three Konoha ninjas to join the Akatsuki. Those 3 are officially Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Danzo.
This story will have many shocking turns and twists. I will not just stick to Canon; I will try to shake things up. This will be a completely different ninja villages.
There is only one story at a time.
I will be updating one chapter at a time.
You will be amazed at how many of the main characters will power up.

Mindy- She is Mei's little sister and has been in this fanfiction since chapter 4 and is on Mei's Genin team.
Yuuhi- She is a sensor-type ninja who is on Might Guy's Genin team.
Shunske- He is a good taijutsu user and is on Mei's Genin team.
Akira- She is a Hoziki clan descendant and is on Mei's Genin team.
Minato Hatake- Kakashi and Anko's 3-year-old baby boy.
Itachi saw Sasuke running towards him in the Hidden Cloud Village. Sasuke turned on his Sharingan and looked at the Raikage; he did not see him under the influence of a genjutsu. Itachi put his hand on Sasuke and asked, "What happened to the Akatsuki members?" Sasuke replied, "After I attacked them with my Kiba blades, I turned my head to check on you and I saw you dealing with the Raikage. But when I turned my head back around, I did not see Danzo or the other crazy Akatsuki member. They had completely disappeared. I did not even see any chakra residue left in the area either. It is like they completely vanished. I tried to fly with Susanoo active to see if I could find any traces of where the two-tailed jinchuriki had been taken, but I did not see anything. Itachi poked Sasuke in the forehead, smiled, and said, " I am so proud that you did not allow Danzo to manipulate your emotions." Sasuke smiled back and said, "Don't worry, brother; he tried, but I will always stand up for our beliefs in an honest ninja village system! I am so proud of what you have done, brother; you give me so much to look up to." The Raikage interrupted Itachi and Sasuke's feel-good brotherly moment by starting his emergency meeting for the Hidden Cloud Village citizens. The Raikage infused chakra into his voice and started screaming so everyone in the crowd could hear. "There was a major fight today where the Akatsuki, who are targeting our Jinchuriki, attacked our village. Sadly, they have captured the two-tailed Jinchuriki. And then I was put under a genjutsu to capture my brother Killer Bee, the 8-tailed Jinchuriki, and then declare war on the Hidden Mist Village. But our allied village, the Hidden Mist village, came and undid the genjutsu that was controlling me. Their honesty about sharing that they have a Hirashin user in their village saved ours because it allowed our 2-tailed Jinchuriki, Yugito, to throw a Hirashin kunai in the ground. This action enabled them to reach our village quickly, which was made possible by their commitment to being an honest ninja village!!! They are the greatest ally ever in the history of the Hidden Cloud Village!!!! Let's celebrate them for this great act!!!" The gathered crowd of Hidden Cloud citizens screamed loudly and praised the Hidden Mist Village. Sasuke was overwhelmed by the crowd's extreme praise. This made him smile broadly. He felt incredible pride in his brother going through all of the pain of having to kill his clan. From that experience, he aimed to build an honest ninja system so that nobody would ever have to endure what he went through. After the speech the Hidden Rain Village was throwing a party for an ally who had just helped them. The Raikage was completing paperwork for all the property damage from their most recent fight in his office. Itachi walked into the Raikage's office and sat down. Itachi started talking. "I know we talked about the reports that the Akatsuki already captured the one-tailed Jinchuriki. Then we hear nothing for a few months and they attack the two-tailed Jinchuriki. I know that they attacked the nine-tailed jinchuriki, but I am worried that it is no accident that they attacked the one- and two-tailed beasts. The order of the tailed beasts may affect the Akatsuki's plan to use them. If they attack the three tails next, then the sequence forms a pattern. So I am going to recall Yagura from his spying when I get back to the village just to be safe." The Raikage nodded and said " I hope Yagura makes a safe return; we need as many powerful ninjas as we can possibly have. For the future attacks." Itachi bowed and said, "Thank you, Raikage." I will be leaving the village to recall Yagura." The Raikage sprinted over to Itachi and said, "There is no reason to be so formal, Itachi. You are a hero to our village; we will be forever grateful!!!!" Itachi smiled and walked out of the office. Itachi saw Naruto talking to the overly dramatic Bee, while Sasuke happily ate fresh fish with some locals. Itachi could not help but feel grateful that they allied with this village.
A white snake was slithering in the Akatsuki base. It slithered to an orange-haired man wearing a Hidden Rain Village headband with a horizontal flash through it. He has purple eyes with black rings. He had 7 black metal rod piercings through both ears. Three black metal rod piercings were visible in his nose. He wore a black robe with red clouds. The snake stuck out his tongue and started talking. Hi Pain, Sama, Danzo, and Hidan have captured the two-tailed Jinchuriki. Danzo said that Itachi will recall Yagura, the 3-tailed Jinchuriki, and it will be much harder to capture him. His Root has been trailing Yagura for quite some time; he wanted to get approval to capture him as well. With a deep, booming voice, Pain said, "I know that he already took the 2-tailed Jinchuriki to one of our hideouts, so it is good if he does that. Tell him to make it quick; we have to seal the 2-tailed Jinchuriki before it dies." The snake bowed and said, "Yes, Pain-sama." There was white smoke where pain was and the snake disappeared. Danzo and Hidan were in the woods outside of a village when a puff of smoke occurred, and a white snake appeared to inform Danzo. "Pain approved of your idea to capture Yagura. He said to make it quick; we have to seal the 2-tailed Jinchuriki before it dies." A puff of smoke enveloped the snake, causing it to vanish. Danzo had a sly, evil grin on his face as he thought about getting back at Itachi for stopping him from using the genjutsu he had placed on the Raikage to declare war on the Hidden Mist. Danzo turned to Hidan, who was walking with him and said, "Hidan, let's go capture Yagura. My Root has been tailing him for months; I know exactly where he is. After that, we can make some sacrifices to Jashin, which will please our deity. How does that sound?" Hidan put his hands in the air and started jumping up and down. I am so happy that you have embraced Jashin's faith, Danzo. I love seeing my blood-stained scythe while I sacrifice people for our religion!!! Let's capture this Yagura guy as quickly as possible. I don't want to waste any long period of time sacrificing one person; that is boring. Danzo nodded, made eye contact with a tree, and two Root members appeared before him on their knees. Danzo-sama, what do you need? I am going to have to use your skill sets today, Torune and Tenzo.
It was daytime, and there was a man in a tiny ramen shop. It was a small country town/village. Most of the area was covered in high grasses that swayed with the wind. It was windy that day. There was only one person working at this tiny ramen shop. There was only one customer, a man with the body build and height of a young teenager. He had green hair with purple eyes. He had a vertical scar on his face. He had a dark green scarf with mesh armor underneath. He had a design of a hidden mist-forehead protector engraved on the stomach area of his outfit. He wore a thick green skirt, tight dark pants, and dark green shoes. It was Yagura, the fourth Mizukage of Kirigakure. Yagura was eating seafood ramen, thinking about his former student Naruto. He remembered teaching the very hyperactive Naruto. Yagura taught Naruto how to control the demon inside him. That brat, Naruto, would always make his wallet lighter whenever they ate ramen together. That brat helped him so much to realize that he should still take pride in the fact that he was the Mizukage. He could not help but frown, thinking of the reports from Itachi about his former student over the last 6 months. Naruto had succumbed to depression after the death of his father figure, who had sacrificed himself to protect him. Not in a million years could Yagura have guessed that the kid who looked like nothing would ever stop him. He had so much determination and joy about the dream of becoming Mizukage. All Yagura wanted to do was go see Naruto and put his hand on his back to console him in his time of need. He was hoping that Itachi would recall him soon so he could see his student. Yagura put his hand on his chest and collapsed to the ground in agony. Posion? Yagura looked up and he saw a puff of smoke where the ramen cook was signaling the end of a transformation technique. Then a man with purple skin and a Root ANBU mask sprinted outside of the store, running behind three people who were all together outside the ramen shop. One of them was a man who wore a Root ANBU mask and had brown spiky hair. The other two men were wearing black robes adorned with red clouds. They both had black scythes on their backs. One of them had silver hair that came down to his neck, with a forehead protector wrapped around it with a horizontal slash through it. The other man with a scythe was older with black hair. He had medical tape bandaged around one of his arms and over his left eye. His skin tone was an unusually pale white, with what appeared to be tears in his skin, resembling lines that suggested it could decay at any moment. He also had two small white horns protruding from the top of his head. Yagura felt pain, grabbing his chest and realizing that the men with red clouds on their jackets must be Akatsuki members attacking him, knowing he is a Jinchuriki. The man with brown spiky hair made hand signs and said, "Hokage-Style Sixty-Year-Old Technique Kakuan Entering Society with Bliss-Bringing Hands." Eleven earth pillars surrounded Yagura in a circle, completely smashing the ramen shop he was in. These earth pillars had 6 spikes facing his direction. A Kanji for "sit" appeared on the palm of the man with brown spiky hair, and a circular blue chakra emanated from it. The number eleven popped up on the man's hand with the brown hair and was attached to Yagura. Yagura's eyes went wide, realizing that his Jinchuriki chakra was being siphoned away. The man with an Akatsuki robe with silver hair came rushing at Yagura with his scythe ready to strike, screaming about sacrificing him to some god. With barely any control over his body, he dodged the blow well enough to only have a scratch from the crazy man wielding the scythe. Then Yagura felt his three-tailed beast reach out to him, telling him that the poison had been neutralized. Then Yagura focused through his dazed state and fully transformed to his three-tailed state, completely destroying the 11 wooden pillars surrounding him. Yagura was mountain sized and he had red skin with blue scales; he had three tails moving in the air. His body was shaped like a turtle, with two arms extending from its chest area while it stood upright. It had blue, spikey, protruding masses coming down from the top and bottom of his head. Hidan licked the blood off his scythe and then shouted, "Time for another sacrifice!!" Hidan was making the circle for his curse technique, Death Controlling Possessed Blood. Danzo got in front of him with a sly grin on his face. He put his hands together and said, "Sage Art Inorganic Reincarnation." Dozens of trees surrounding the Jinchuriki started to attack Yagura in his three-tailed state like wooden missiles. The three-tailed Jinchuriki kept on trying to dodge the never-ending attack of flying trees, and then he saw something odd. The crazy man who would not shut up about his god finished the circle and then took on a black skin tone with a white design on his face. He also had a black circle on his forehead. Yagura saw the man scream loudly and happily about his partner, Danzo, getting another sacrifice for their god and then stabbed himself in the heart. Yagarua immediately had incredible pain in his chest, like he was stabbed through the heart. He now understood that a person could inflict attacks on others using the same methods they apply to themselves. Yagura was crawling on the ground knowing that death was finally at his door. He knew that he had sinned plenty to deserve a death like this. He knew his murdering of thousands of bloodline-limited users would leave him in a world to never receive love again. Sure, he was put under a genjutsu to do all of those things, but as the Mizukage, it was his duty to protect the village, and he failed, leading to the loss of countless innocent lives and the betrayal of his own values. Dying in the way of a hero was not something he deserved. In his final moments, he could only think about Naruto and how he regretted not being there in his time of need.
The Root ANBU with the brown hair was dragging the dying Yagura towards Danzo and Hidan. Danzo looked up and saw that his Root ANBU using his bird technique was flying towards him. Danzo turned towards the dying Yagaru and searched his pockets and ninja gear. He saw what he was looking for: a Hiraishin kunai. Danzo now confirmed his suspicions. Itachi, Sasuke, and Naruto could only have reached the Hidden in the Clouds village by using the Hiraishin. He could immediately tell that seals were meant for the Hiraishin due to his experience from seeing the former Hokage, Minato Namikaze, being feared around the world for it. He gently laid the kunai down, knowing that when Minato threw his in the ground, he could sense them and Hirashin to them. Danzo got on the bird with Hidan. The Root ANBU with brown hair was now holding Yagura, who got on the bird. Hidan got on the bird. Then the Root ANBU, with the purple skin tone, got on the bird as well. The bird started to fly through the air, heading to an Akatsuki base. Hidan was throwing his hands in the air screaming " Sacrifice time! Sacrifice time! Sacrifice time!" Danzo distracted himself from Hidan's antics, which sometimes got on his nerves. However, Hidan was valuable, so playing the role of a fellow crazed Jashinist was beneficial for him, and he had to accept it. A sly grin grew on his face; he was thinking about that. Now that he knew that the Hidden Rain village had a user of the Hirashin, he would have to be more cautious about his future plans. His evil grin grew even wider as he thought about how Itachi had stopped one of his plans to have the Raikage declare war on the Hidden Rain Village. However, his plans to capture the 2- and 3-tailed jinchuriki proceeded smoothly. So he felt pleased saying that he won this round with Itachi. He couldn't help but bask in the joy of the inevitable downfall of his naive idea of a peaceful ninja village system. But hey, Itachi has nothing to worry about because I will bring the roots of a new tree, which will blossom to reshape the world.
