At the dining table, Shu Yan looked gloomy. Her favorite beef was right in front of her, but she only picked at her rice and seemed lost in thought.
Shu Shi Shen had noticed her behavior and couldn't help but call out to her, "Yan'er? Yan'er?"
Shu Yan snapped out of her thoughts and asked, "What's up, Dad?"
Shu Shi Shen asked, "Is the food not to your liking? Why aren't you eating?"
Shu Yan poked at her rice with her chopsticks and said, "I'm not hungry. You guys go ahead and eat."
She put down her chopsticks and hurriedly left the dining room. Shu Shi Shen sighed and instructed, "Yan'er has a picky palate. Let's bring the chef from Philadelphia over. I've noticed she's been losing weight these past few days."
Shu Yao nodded, "Okay, I'll arrange it later."
Shu Yan returned to her room and locked the door before calling Wei Shu.
Wei Shu answered the phone quickly, "Miss, what can I do for you?"
