Nan Ke pushed open the door and asked, "What brings you here?"
Gu Xiong whispered, "General, the young master is here."
The general suppressed his anger and said, "You can leave now, but remember what I told you."
"Yes, I understand," Gu Xiong replied.
Gu Xiong nodded slightly at Nan Ke as a greeting before leaving the room.
Nan Ke frowned and said, "Gu Xiong is just a doctor and has no combat ability. Uncle, why do you have to bring him everywhere you go?"
The general replied coldly, "I have my own plans. You don't need to worry about it."
Nan Ke didn't pursue the matter any further as he wasn't interested in such things.
"Why did you call me here?" Nan Ke asked.
The general said in a deep voice, "I called you here? When did I call you? Who told you to come to S City?"
Nan Ke stood beside him and said, "I don't know why I have to report my itinerary to you."
The general was angry and said, "I am your uncle!"
