When we got inside the villa I was surprised to see that Thane was there too. Not only him but
Elena too, not that I had a problem with Elena, I just didn't expect any of them to be here.
Even more surprising, Elena was crying, Angelo and Alex were crying too in their arms. I
shrugged that aside thinking that maybe they were in tears because they were overwhelmed.
Maybe they didn't expect to be back so it's okay.
I dropped the bags I had in my hands and ran towards them and kneeled down when I got to
them, pulling them into my embrace.
They both pushed me away, so hard I fell back on the floor.
'Stay away from us you evil witch.'
I looked into both their eyes, their eyes once holding warmth for me, were cold, distant, tainted
by hatred.
No. No.
I'm just assuming, they love me, they love me a lot so, they are just surprised or shocked. Yes.
That's it. They love me. It's just my head messing with me.
I smiled at them and extended my arms.
'Mommy's here now, don't you wanna hug mommy. Didn't you miss mommy. Come on.'
I reached out to touch Angelo's cheek but Alexander stood in between and looked at me with so
much disgust, his gaze cold.
'You heard my little brother. Stay away from us you wicked witch. I hate you."
Why? Why are they treating me like this? I finally reunited with them after so long and they're
being so cold to me. They're calling me, their mother, a witch.
'Why are you calling me that? Your mommy is here now. Didn't you miss me?'
'They hate you because they know what sort of a devil you are. They know what you are. They
know that you murdered your family in cold blood.' Thane answered instead.
'I didn't kill anyone.'
The next thing I knew Angelo and Alexander were hiding behind Elena and Elena slapped me. 'How could you be so cruel Mahi. Fairy, how could you do this to us? I didn't think you'd stoop so
low. You killed grandma in cold blood. I despise you fairy.'
Everyone knows your true colors now. Even your sons know that you are evil. Listen now, I don't
want to see you anywhere near my family. Not my son's nor my sister. Not even me.'
Just a week ago he denied them, he refused to acknowledge them as his kids, why is he doing
this now? I worked so hard to bring them back here, I endured so much, why is he instigating
them against me. He didn't even believe me when I told him they were all alive so why now?
Why accept them after everything he did? After everything he accused me of.
Suddenly a voice in my head told me to stand up for myself. It wasn't a voice, it was that little girl
who was wearing a white dress again.
'Mahi, you can't stand for this Mahi, you are a murderer right, come Mahi. Selfish woman,
worthless woman, they hate you now, didn't I tell you to jump off that building, things would've
been better.'
'NO! I didn't kill anyone. I'm not a criminal please stop it, stop lying to me I haven't done
anything.'
I cried as I held my head to ease the headache and shut off the voice. My head hurt even more
than it did and I had no idea what to do. My hands trembled violently even when I tried to keep
them steady.
That little girl was saying all sorts of stuff and making things worse. My head was so painful.
'You have been denying it but I have the evidence that you were in cahoots with Ariana.'
Thane showed me his phone. In the video grandmother was brutally murdered by someone who
looked exactly like me.
'I didn't do it. I didn't kill her, I…'
'Accept it Mahi, you are a murderer, a killer, a witch Mahi, you are evil, you should've died. Mahi
why did you live? You should've listened to me Mahi. You deserve to die.'
The more that little girl spoke the more my body trembled. Her voice was in my head. I crawled
myself to a corner and curled up like a ball.
Kaashvi, 'Thane are you insane? Look at Mahi's condition. Elena, how could you believe this.
Angelo, Alex she's your mom. How can you do this to her?'
Thane slapped Kaashvi. If only he remembered that Kaashvi was not me. Kaashvi punched him
in the face. Thane staggered a bit as the corner of his lip's was bleeding. She didn't stop there,
she kicked his weakest spot and he winced in pain.
I buried my head in between my knees.
'Aunt Kaashvi stop being such a bitch. There are children here.'
Adamsen intervened.
'Guards, please escort the Carson's out of here, they're disrupting my peace. Leave Kaashvi
and Mahira here.'
Before leaving Angelo and Alexander turned to me.
'You're so miserable mom. I hate you. Any child would be so unlucky to call you mom. I'm so
ashamed that you gave birth to me and I have your blood in my veins.' Angelo said.
'You are a curse. I wish you had died, maybe then we wouldn't have to be this way. God gave us
a terrible mother like you. You should've died. I hate you.' Alex added.
With that they both left. I cried even more. It was so painful. I didn't deserve to hear that from my
own kid's. I agree I wasn't a perfect mother but I was a very good mother. It hurt so bad how both my son's hated me.
'Adamsen, thank you for finding her children. We'll take your leave now.'
'What do you mean we? Mahi is not going anywhere.'
'I brought her here to take the kids, we didn't get that so bye.'
Adamsen chuckled and knowing that chuckle I was sure he had his devilish smirk.
'Mahi didn't tell you? She signed a contract agreement, that contract agreement states that she
will be my fuck buddy for a year in exchange that I find her children. I found her children so she
has to satisfy my needs.'
'Can't you see her condition? Her mental health is bad, she's not keeping well and all you can
think of is your fuck contract. If she doesn't get treatment she'll die. If this fuck contract goes on
she'll die darn it.'
'Leave my house. Mahi is with me. She's my property now.'
Kaashvi tried to protest but Adamsen put a gun to her head.
'Listen here Kaashvi, I won't hesitate to kill you. I will bury your corpse in my dog's yard and no
one will ever find you. Leave my house.'
'This is not over yet. If you are Adamsen Lorenzo Mendez then I'm Kaashvi Reyes, I'll show you
why I am a Reyes. I'll be back. I'm not leaving London without Mahi, just wait and watch.'
With that Kaashvi left. Adamsen stroked my hair.
'Hottie, don't cry. I'm the only one you have left. I'll take care of you.'
After he said that I fainted.
