I turned toward Caius' group, intending to properly explain exactly what each of them brought to the clan instead of leaving things vague.
And naturally, I started with the one whose usefulness would impact the settlement the most.
I pointed toward Doro.
"This one built the walls surrounding their former clan," I said. "And now that he's part of ours, he'll be rebuilding our defenses as well."
Several goblins immediately looked toward Doro with interest.
"Our current walls are mostly made from reinforced vines and packed structures," I continued. "But with his ability added on top of that, this place can become far more difficult to breach than it is now."
A few audible gasps spread through the crowd.
Even some of the more skeptical goblins visibly reacted to that.
Which made sense.
