Instead he was in a black void. Once he realized this, he quickly got onto his feet. Got into a fighting stance, and calmly checked his surroundings. Then he'd heard, some deep, powerful, masculine laughter. As that voice spoke, "Impressive, regardless the situation, ready to fight. Just like a dragon." Issei then he'd realized, that this voice sound familiar. Sounding like the voice, that sound off when he'd used his Boosted Gear. Then he appeared. A dragon, soo massive that Issei felt like a ant. This is Ddraig. A dragon with the appearance of a large red Western Dragon, with a long neck and green eyes, having platted scales, red and golden spikes throughout his body. This is the Red Dragon Emperor, a Heavenly Welsh Dragon, and so many more titles...soon he'll also be known as the Oppai Dragon as well. Ddraig, he looked down at Issei. His green eyes, glowing with impress glint. The massive draconian "arms", crossover the belly of Ddraig. Issei, remembered that Laharl told him that he's Sacred Gear, houses a powerful, and legendary dragon. He realized that, this dragon is that same dragon inside the Boosted Gear. Ddraig, he chuckled. He confirmed that what Issei is thinking, it is correct. Shocking Issei, as he asked in a surprise tone, "Wait...can you..." as Ddraig finished what Issei saying, "Hear your thoughts? Yes partner, were connected, so it should be obvious." With that Issei, he went silent. After a bit of silence, he said, "Cool.", this wasn't exactly what Ddraig was expecting. But regardless, he told Issei that he has grown quite strong. His long exposure to a new Heavenly Dragon, has swiftly awakening him. Then that new dragon, instead of attacking or ridiculing Issei, he'd help him to grow stronger. Those dungeons, are quite fun for Ddraig. Issei, he confessed that what Ddraig said is all true. But then he asked, "Wait...do you have something against, Laharl-senpai?" Ddraig laughed, and shuke his head. Explaining that he sees Laharl, and this new Black Emperor, he sees it as a new rival. A fun equal to challenge, as he mentioned something about things, being a kinda stale with Albion. Issei was confused, and he didn't knew anything about Albion. Ddraig, he told him that, that isn't important at the moment. As he explained that with these "exp-drops", that Issei has been absorbing. A meager amount has gone to him, and made their link stronger. Now that Issei not only could handle, 10 consecutive boost, but also fire magic. Which Ddraig stated, "Good choice by the way." Ddraig, he believes that Issei is ready to unlock new abilities of the Boosted Gear. Such as Explosion, and Transfer, along with coming up with some new special surprises for the next dive. Issei was excited, and extremely pumped. As Ddraig spend sometime explaining these new abilities to Issei, and talking about things. Since now they're partners, they'll make everyone see, the might of the Red Dragon Emperor.

Getting Max Burst, which is the strongest "Light" spell, which is a AOE, constant electrocuting, explosion. Perfect for his sadist, half-fallen. Next was Koneko, Rumi she started teaching her alongside Cerberus. Making Koneko, incorporate kicks, and footwork into her fighting style. Thus the little Nekoshou, drastically improved. Plus Ranma and Ranko, helped her, slowly overcome her trauma with senjutsu. Their shrouded form, as they all spoke in unison, "Kid...at least I'm not ancient. I am the Black Dragon Emperor, the Heavenly Devouring Dragon, we are Orochi...Vritra...Shenron...Bahamut Fury." This made Ddraig, laugh boisterously. Telling the new dragon emperor, he likes his bravado and grit. As he spoke, "I've yet to meet the White One, but I'm certain my partner is ready for it. Never I thought I'd meet the Black Emperor, and his host. I can see that you'll be a great rival, like Albion." Laharl sighed, as he answered for his partner. He said to Ddraig, "I already fought that battle maniac, he's tough...but you guys, practically counter each other." this made both Vritra Fury Shenron no Orochi, and Ddraig laugh.
Cause it was true. Ddraig strengthens a user, by doubling the power every ten-seconds. Albion divides the power of a enemy, and strengthen the user, every ten-seconds. And lastly Orochi consumes the energy of a enemy, and constantly weakens the prey. It's the rock-paper-scissors cycle. And the dragon silhouette, faded from behind Laharl. Laharl, Rias, Ranma, and Ren congratulated Issei for achieve a ascension. He was officially the Red Emperor, at last. Laharl whistled. Calling for the prinnies, as hundreds of blue, winged, peg-legged, penguin demons came, answering Laharl's call. The prinnies, they'd all saluted to their master. All saying in unison, "Aye, aye dood. Master Laharl dood, what do you need dood?" Laharl smiled, giving his command. To bring meat, vegetables, fruits, ice, and lots of alcohol. They're gonna celebrate, Issei's achievement. Prinnies, immediately scrambled inside the mansion, to get everything that master Laharl commanded. As Issei looked a bit bashful. Seeing the others, Laharl pulled out five more beers. Uncapped them. Handing them all a beer, as they clinked their bottles, and yelled together, "Cheers!!" and with that the party, has started!!
