With Hel completely dead, the Netherworld ritual was cut off by the Sword of Order, and the trouble in the Underground Shelter Plane came to an end.
Hel's appearance added a bit of extra danger to this trip, but it was also because she showed up that the surface Purification Ceremony got pulled onto the right track ahead of schedule.
According to He Yun's previous plan, purifying the surface via the surface Purification generator not only required consuming a vast amount of Power of Faith, but to cleanse the entire surface, they would have to gather all the Underground Survivors and spend decades to finish.
But now, thanks to the Sword of Order being repaired, not only is there still a large reserve of Power of Faith, the time needed has also been drastically shortened.
More importantly, Erin, the one who swung the Sword of Order, perfectly fits the doctrine of the Eternal Light Sect.
She really did save this dead World, and will truly lead the believers back to the surface.
