The soldiers of the Insect Race can be divided into multiple levels based on status and strength.
The lowest among them are the "pseudo-insects," which are subspecies twisted and corrupted by the swarm, akin to those "devils" wearing human skin that Xue Dili once encountered in the Holy Magic Empire.
Essentially, they have become part of the swarm, but their strength has not truly reached the level of an official part of the swarm, often related to their original power.
But in essence, they are not too strong, mostly between Tier Three and Tier Four.
These pseudo-insects often retain memories from their previous lives and can mimic past behaviors and speak in the same manner as before, yet their essence has been completely distorted, equivalent to an individual being connected to the collective network of the swarm, completely alienated.
