No. 7's authority is weak; its sequence is higher than No. 8's, but its power is weaker, named "Fear."
Xue Dili couldn't find a corresponding Evil God in Subspace for these two authorities, perhaps because they were not as powerful as imagined, so their corresponding Evil Gods in Subspace were not encountered, or they were encountered but ignored.
Thus, it seemed that once all the Apostles were present, the Lord of Mist directly said, "This meeting will now proceed freely. After it ends, the first six Apostles should remain."
