The cost of the Magic Ring System may have been an unsolvable problem for his past self.
After all, it's due to the irreversible erosiveness of the Beast's Spiritual Particles on human spiritual particles, forcing humans to assimilate with the Beast's spiritual particles to adapt to their power.
And once you've completely assimilated those spiritual particles, you essentially cease to be human, becoming a giant beast dressed in human skin.
This is also why the system carries certain risks, because during the assimilation into a beast, those with strong adaptability can fit the assimilation, but those with weaker adaptability or strong rejection reactions will inevitably be repelled by this power, ultimately causing conflict. The two spiritual particles fight intensely within the body, leading to death.
Once, Xue Dili and Curse Blood couldn't completely resolve the soul-affecting Magic Ring System, thus couldn't address or even verify its side effects, but now it's different.
