In Demon Dragon Plaza, Najir's fusion entered its final countdown.
"10, 9, 8..."
As the final seconds ticked by, the two masses of purple light around his body merged completely into one.
"Hahaha!"
"I've finally succeeded! My luck is truly heaven-sent."
"I, uh..."
Before Najir could even begin to celebrate his grand success, the newly created Card suddenly warned him that a Great Calamity was about to befall him.
Then, Najir saw a terrifying Wind Pill tear through the air, creating a vacuum tunnel as it shot toward him like a cannonball.
'Is that Feng Xingyun's Wind God Cannon?'
...
"We finally made it!"
"Feng Xingyun, go say hello to those two skulking characters."
At the very moment Najir completed his fusion, Chen Qi and Feng Xingyun, fashionably late, arrived at Demon Dragon Plaza.
The reason for their tardiness was that the wandering of the Azure-headed Demon Dragon had turned the Chaotic City into a maze.
