"What are you guys doing? Where are the other demons? Why did you only catch one Enchanting Demon?"
Sifrin fired off three soul-searching questions in a row. She had finally mustered the courage to step into the Demon Realm. If it wasn't going to be as treacherous as a mountain of knives or a sea of fire, it should at least be thrilling.
So why was she standing around in the middle of nowhere watching an Enchanting Demon? These things were common on the front lines, nothing special.
"There are some on the ground, the others ran far away."
Catherine turned her head and responded to Sifrin, pointing to a large patch of ashes by her side, then to the distant mountains.
Unfamiliar with the terrain, Catherine wasn't very adapted to the environment of the Demon Realm, so Lynn didn't recklessly wander around with her.
Apart from the small rear-guard team they burnt through upon arrival, they had only captured this lone Enchanting Demon before them.
