You Su's eyes widened, his breath caught.
Taisui was arguably his greatest secret, second only to the True Lord, a secret he had deliberately kept hidden from everyone except his junior sister.
But who would have thought this seemingly harmless little fish could see right through his secret with just one glance!
"Who exactly are you?" You Su's voice was as cold as ice.
"I am the Water Deity," the little white fish calmly swam in a circle, "Taisui is a treasure even the Master of Flesh and Blood covets, yet you, boy, have obtained it. You'd better be careful. Just because humans might not discover it, doesn't mean we can't."
We… does that refer to malicious spirits?
"Why tell me these things?"
You Su frowned slightly; if the power of Taisui was so formidable, why was this small white fish not tempted and instead chose to remind him to protect himself?
"Hey, are you going to save her or not?"
