After returning from the slums, it was already close to noon. Hilia grabbed lunch outside before heading back to the inn.
As soon as she entered, she saw Nikodemos walking in from outside with a dark, gloomy face.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Nikodemos," Hilia greeted him.
Nikodemos looked up at her and nodded. "Good afternoon, Hilia. Don't run around these next couple of days. Go to the park behind the inn later—I have some things to explain to everyone."
Hilia was taken aback for a moment, then nodded obediently, "Alright, Mr. Nikodemos."
She hadn't been back in her room long before a group message from Nikodemos showed up on her wristband.
"Important notice: All tournament participants, gather at the park plaza behind the inn. No matter where you are, you must arrive within 30 minutes. If there are special circumstances, contact me with an explanation."
