Above the Dragon Moon Ancient Land, an ancient chariot swiftly flew past.
Inside the chariot sat two figures: Elder Wan and Yue Chan.
As they passed over the battlefield below, Elder Wan asked, "By the way, that Hidden Moon Commander deceived us earlier. Should we kill him?"
"There's no need." Yue Chan was not in high spirits and shook her head slightly.
"Alright then, we'll spare his life," Elder Wan said cheerfully, feeling quite magnanimous for doing so.
"Moon Fairy, what's wrong? Were you injured inside the Array?" Elder Wan asked with concern, noticing Yue Chan's strange mood.
Yue Chan seemed dazed. Hearing Elder Wan's words reminded her of what had happened inside the Array, and her cheeks instantly flushed red.
Thankfully, her veil hid her face; otherwise, Elder Wan would have surely noticed something was amiss.
"I'm fine," Yue Chan said, shaking her head as an image of Lin Xuan flashed through her mind.
Yue Chan bit her crimson lips, her palms clenching tightly.
