The phone quickly connected.
The head of the Dragon Country Security Department had the surname Chen, so he was referred to as Director Chen.
Director Chen's voice was deep. He realized that since Zhang Sanming was proactively calling, it must be a serious security issue.
Director Chen said, "President Zhang, go ahead and tell me what it is."
Zhang Sanming said, "Director Chen, it's like this..."
Immediately, Zhang Sanming explained the situation.
Director Chen said, "The other side claimed to be from the Celestial Dragon Pavilion and wants me to call someone named Zhang Chao?"
Zhang Sanming nodded repeatedly.
Director Chen said, "President Zhang, your caution is right!"
"However, I can now responsibly tell you that the Celestial Dragon Pavilion is a special department above our Security Department."
"Some things that we can't handle, we seek their help!"
