"The captain of the Gray Kingdom. Dragon King Rosinante," someone said solemnly.
"Ah, now I remember. A few days ago there was a report saying the Dragon King's personal vessel had appeared. Along the way, many pirate crews were knocked unconscious by his overwhelming Haki. That's right, the cruise ship in the photo was this very one."

Many of them are Supernovas who challenged the Gray Kingdom over the past three years and were defeated and subdued. Just those Supernovas alone are no weaker than us."
"For now, the Yonko are not existences we can challenge," yet another Supernova said.
Ever since three years ago, when the four great pirate groups announced the No Night City Accord to the world under the name of the Yonko, the title of Yonko had spread rapidly across the seas.
Before the No Night City Accord, although many people regarded Rosinante and the others as emperors of the sea, there had never been any large scale public declaration.
But after the accord, the name Yonko swept the entire world overnight, bringing Rosinante and the others immeasurable prestige.

He slowly stepped down from the cruise ship.

"Your Majesty, may you be well!" the Oathblood Royal Guard roared in unison.
The spectators around them were all startled by the sudden movement.
