Chapter 1 - The new neighbor for England, France and Spain

Author's Note:

A while ago, I was playing Genshin Impact, in a short period of time I got Furina and was completing Fontaine's Character Side Quests.

Around the same time, [Lt Ouroumov's Worm CYOA V17] released new Genshin Impact content, including Fontaine-related items.

Is this a strange coincidence?

Most likely yes, but then

I felt inspired and wrote an idea about an MC reincarnating as the Prince of Fontaine. But I didn't put it into practice.

Recently, I read [Camelot's rise in Marvel] by dscrow on WebNovel, inspired by his story I wondered what would happen if the entire nation of Fontaine was sent into the MCU universe?

One thing led to another and I came up with the final idea that a person dies and is reincarnated as the adopted son of Furina de Fontaine, gaining as a gift the memories and abilities of Morgan Le Fay.

After that, the MC once he becomes an adult, he, along with his new home and family, end up in the MCU.

Now that summer has begun for me, I have decided to put this idea into action.

Story Title: Kaleidoscope Adventure (MCU): The Arrival of the Witch King by Fontaine

Plot: My name is Francis Le Fay de Fontaine, my story is simple, 20 years ago I died and I incarnated on Teyvat, precisely in Fontaine, as the adopted son of Furina de Fontaine and Neuvillette.

As is customary for a reincarnate, I received three gifts: Morgan Le Fay's Saint Graph Core; knowledge of other worlds centered on the seas and ships; a connection to the Primordial Sea.

I have lived a fairytale life in more ways than one, unfortunately my carefree life as Reincarnate in Another World turned into a Reverse Isekai, when the entire Fontaine Nation was transported into the MCU.

I don't know what will happen, but if anyone tries to threaten Fontaine, he will see how I will conquer the seven seas and drag every opponent to the bottom of the ocean.

POV Narrator

[June 27, 2008]

The Triskelion is one of the original three official headquarters for SHIELD, alongside the Hub and their New York headquarters.

It is located on Theodore Roosevelt Island, on the Potomac River between Washington, DC and Virginia.

XXX

Inside the Triskelion base, in the office of the Director of SHIELD, there is a certain pirate who has been forced to leave the bridge of his beloved ship (Helicarrier).

Nick Fury is not having a good day, his attempt to keep Tony Stark's latest technology, the Iron-Man armor, under wraps has been a complete failure.

Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist Tony Stark shouted to the whole world: I am Iron-Man.

With the eyes of all humanity on Stark, the Director of SHIELD could do nothing but personally mention the "Avenger Initiative" to Stark and wait for things to calm down.

If such a thing is possible, one of the most famous/smartest/richest men in the modern world built a super-tech suit of armor and became the first modern superhero.

Tony Stark will have one more reason to enter the history books, although this time it will be for a 100% positive thing.

'The Stark case is closed for now, Banner is off the radar and shows no signs of coming out. Things are quiet for now.' Fury thinks, stopping to think about the source of two of his headaches.

Fury, instead of getting up from his chair and leaving the office to take a Quinjet and return to the Helicarrier or turn on a computer to read the latest reports on spy missions or below decks.

Nick Fury closed his good eye and tilted his chair slightly.

Despite his agents' ridiculous theories that he is a super-soldier or some kind of android, Nick Fury is a human being like everyone else.

Obviously, he is one of the most capable men in history, which is why he leads SHIELD in an endless war against terrorism, criminal organizations, and many other threats.

But everyone needs to sleep and rest, and Nick Fury is no exception to this rule.

'Sometimes I feel like the world will fall apart if I take a moment to close my eyes.' Fury thinks, letting his more human side shine through for a moment.

As if the universe wanted to mock the Director of SHIELD, it chose that precise moment to spring into action.

Without warning, the entire Triskelion began to shake, objects on the desk shifted, books fell off the shelves, light bulbs flickered.

Nick Fury, thanks to his years of service and training, sensing the slightest disturbance opens his good eye and takes a pistol with a silencer from his holster.

The gun is pointed at the front door, if someone rushes in they risk getting a nasty scare.

Within seconds, the earthquake stopped, leaving the SHIELD Director in a bad mood in a messy office.

Putting away his gun, Nick Fury begins to tidy up his desk which has been badly damaged by the earthquake.

'Today is going to be one of those long days, I can feel it.' Nick Fury thinks, having a bad feeling.

XXX

Not even half an hour later, Agent Coulson came running to Fury's office, carrying a high-tech tablet in his hands.

'What happened this time?' thinks Nick Fury, already imagining that a new special individual has appeared, playing either villain or hero.

Even though Tony Stark is the most famous individual in the world to play the hero in a costume, well, armor. Nick Fury knows that there were other gifted individuals before Iron-Man, they just had the good sense to stay away from the paparazzi.

"Director Fury, we have a problem!" Colson exclaims, slightly sweating.

He clearly rushed to get to Director Fury as quickly as possible, a sign that this is something big.

"I know, Colson, I felt the earthquake like everyone else." Nick Fury replies, hoping Colson came to talk about the data caused by the earthquake.

One of Fury's mother's favorite proverbs was, "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst."

"Director Fury, I'm not referring to the earthquake, obviously there was some minor damage, but I'm referring to something unprecedented." Colson said, at a loss for words to describe what had happened.

Hearing the word unprecedented, Nick Fury raises an eyebrow, certain that he has already seen everything humanity could devise.

"Has a zombie apocalypse broken out in Moscow, has Australia been cut in two, or is an alien ship flying over London?" Nick Fury asks, his voice serious, contradicting what he's feeling at the moment.

Colson is left speechless, not knowing how to respond to the SHIELD Director's humor.

"No, but perhaps such accidents would be easier to handle compared to the problem we have on hand." Colson replies, naively believing that the hypothetical disasters mentioned by Fury are easier to contain and solve.

"What happened, Colson?" Nick Fury asks in a genuinely serious voice, leaving aside the tidying up of his office.

"It's easier to show than to explain," Colson said, handing the tablet with the information on the anomaly to the Director of SHIELD.

Taking Colson's tablet, Nick Fury touches the screen and receives a first glimpse of the anomaly that alerted one of his top agents.

"Why are you showing me a geographical map of Europe with an imaginary country added?" asks Nick Fury, not understanding what is going on here.

As the Spymaster said, on the tablet screen there is a satellite image of Europe, but there is a serious difference from the usual Europe that everyone knows.

In the area of the Atlantic Ocean that borders the United Kingdom, France and Spain, a group of islands has appeared that occupy twice the territorial space of the United Kingdom.

"It's an image from one of our satellites, we received it right after the earthquake stopped." Colson explains the source of the images the SHIELD Director is seeing.

For once in his life Nick Fury is left speechless, the idea that a landmass appears out of nowhere is so ridiculous as to be inconceivable.

Blinking with his good eye, Nick Fury begins to concoct a rational explanation.

"Someone has to play a prank on us, did Stark hack our satellite because I broke into his house?" Nick Fury asks, coming up with a theory to explain what's going on.

"I thought the same thing at first, but we checked it out and it's more complicated than we thought." Colson said, as he took his tablet back.

The Elite Agent taps the screen, causing several boxes to appear, all from different sources, showing more or less the same thing.

"Over fifty civilian/military/weather satellites show the Anomaly's presence; hundreds of merchant ships reporting how their sea lane is blocked from land; over a thousand photographs posted on the Internet by civilians on cruise ships." Colson states, before choosing to zoom in on an image that shows the cherry on top of this anomaly's cake.

"Is that a giant tree?" asks Director Fury, his voice incredulous.

"Yes, at the center of the anomaly is the subject, Babel, an unnatural-looking tree so large it can be seen with the naked eye from the coasts of Spain, France and England," Colson said, showing more photographs of curious people enjoying a warm day at the beach, before he had a new subject to photograph.

"It would be easier to believe that King Arthur rose from the dead and rebuilt Camelot in one night." Nick Fury said, having a hard time believing it despite all the evidence before him.

"In my opinion we have two possibilities." Colson states, only being able to conjure up two single explanations in his mind.

"Let's hear your theories Colson." Nick Fury asks, wanting to hear what his Top Agent has to say.

"Option one, we have the largest and best hacking attack in history, affecting the IT resources of multiple countries, along with the largest deception operation in history, involving thousands of people," Colson said, using logic to describe an impossible phenomenon to the point that his answer is more implausible than the phenomenon itself.

"Second option, forces unknown to us have done something and the result is the appearance of a large archipelago of islands and a giant tree." Colson said, using elegant words to say: I know nothing, except what my eyes see.

"Please at least tell me that these islands are devoid of intelligent life and pristine." Nick Fury said, wanting to have a vague idea of what is going on.

For the Director of SHIELD at the moment, how it happened is not important, but the consequences of the appearance of this anomaly could be disastrous if not handled properly.

If this anomaly offers an entire territory of fertile, uncontaminated and indigenous-free land, rich in resources waiting to be used, neighboring countries may enter into open conflict to obtain them.

If the anomaly territory has its own civilization, it would make things a thousand times more complicated, perhaps ten thousand times if the hypothetical civilization is more advanced than their civilization.

"Unfortunately, no, the anomaly is inhabited, and the inhabitants appear to be quite intelligent." Colson said, showing a zoomed-in image provided by their best satellite.

The image is not clear, but you can see a large city and three large highways that start from the city and connect the islands to each other.

"Colson, you were right, we are facing an unprecedented situation." Nick Fury said, touching his left temple, able to prophesy a huge headache for himself.

"Looks like England, France and Spain have got a new neighbor in the neighborhood." Colson said, trying to ease the tension in the room.

The SHIELD Director shot Coulson a disapproving look.

"Prepare the Helicarrier for emergency takeoff, I want Black Widow and

Hawkeye be on board." Nick Fury orders, wanting his best agents at his disposal.

"It will be done, Director Fury." Coulson replies, leaving the office to make some calls.

XXX

The area that has been dubbed the anomaly is actually called Fontaine.

Fontaine is the nation of Hydro, ruled by the Hydro Archon, known as the God of Justice, and is characterized by its focus on justice, opera, and a blend of advanced technology and elegant design.

Fontaine was part of the World of Teyvat, a reality completely different from Earth, where the planet is divided into seven nations, each led by its own god, under the title of Archon.

Keyword Fontaine was part of Teyvat, now Fontaine is part of Terra.

In the Hydro Nation there was an apocalyptic prophecy that threatened the entire people of Fontaine.

According to the prophecy, all inhabitants of Fontaine are born with a sin that cannot be absolved.

The prophecy also states that one day, the water level in Fontaine will rise and all the guilty individuals will be drowned and dissolved, with only the Hydro Archon remaining, weeping on his throne.

The prophecy also predicts that during this great flood, the sins of the people of Fontaine will be washed away.

The Prophecy was true, a flood hit Fontaine.

Luckily, the Goddess of Justice had a plan, which took five hundred years to come to fruition, the Prophecy came true, but no inhabitant of Fontaine died.

Unfortunately, the joy and relief did not last long for Fontaine and its inhabitants.

A year after foiling the Prophecy, the Supreme Deity of Teyvat, Heavenly Principles, has noticed the trick of the Hydro Archon and the Hydro Dragon Sovereign.

Heavenly Principles did not like that Fontaine's people were not punished for their sins, but were forgiven, and one of his works was damaged.

For all these reasons, Heavenly Principles, decided that the entire civilization of the Hydro Nation would be wiped out, everyone would die.

As punishment for Fontaine's Divines and Mortals, a Celestial Nail was launched, a Divine Relic, comparable in many ways to a meteorite or a divine atomic bomb.

The Court of Fontaine would be the epicenter of a crater and a cataclysm that would have affected the entire territory of the Hydro Nation

For the next few centuries, all of Fontaine's waters would be transformed into ice, a wasteland devoid of life, only frost, a symbol for those who disobey or rebel against the Heavenly Principles.

But there was a miscalculation in the Divine Plan, Heavenly Principles, it did not take into account something, no, someone.

Francis Le Fay using a magical ritual prepared for years, at the last moment saved the entire Hydro Nation, teleporting everything and everyone out of the reach of the Heavenly Principles, ending up on Earth.

XXX

Court of Fontaine is the Capital of the Hydro Nation, being the largest city and with the highest population rate.

The city's architecture is a combination of Victorian and French architecture, with a light touch of Steampunk.

Nearly all the buildings are painted white with a hint of light blue and gold, Fontaine's signature colors.

But things have changed in the last decade, the city today can be divided into the Old Court and the New Court.

The Court Vecchia is the classic white colored Fontaine that the older generations were born and aged.

The New Court was created and consolidated in the last decade, with the expansion of the city and the introduction of new technologies designed by the Prince.

The new area features taller buildings, with seven skyscrapers, and even underground districts with a false sky.

The buildings of the New Court have a more refined and more fantasy aesthetic, as if they were chess pieces or fantasy castles made using advanced technology.

The main color of the buildings in New Court is glossy black, with blue and emerald green as secondary colors.

Above the Court of Fontaine is one of the Prince of Fontaine's most impressive constructions, a grandiose clock tower that soars over the city.

At the base of the clock tower is a huge, glowing blue crystal, surrounded by huge boulders covered in archaic symbols.

XXX

Inside the Prince's Tower, on the penultimate floor there is a throne room.

There are now two people inside, the Prince of Fontaine and a Duchess of Fontaine.

The Duchess is a 22-year-old young woman named Luvia.

Luvia is a beautiful woman, 160 centimeters tall, with long golden blonde hair, styled entirely in large locks.

Luvia wears a bright blue dress that leaves her arms and back uncovered, but completely covers her legs, you can barely see her white high-heeled boots.

A ribbon of the same color held her golden blonde hair in curls.

She wears a bright blue dress that leaves her arms and back uncovered, but completely covers her legs, her white high-heeled boots can barely be seen.

Around her neck she wears a sphere-shaped accessory, composed of a golden frame and a yellow spherical stone.

The jewel that Luvia wears is a Vision, specifically a Geo Vision.

A mysterious rule of Teyvat is that beings who prove themselves worthy through their actions or dreams receive from the sky a Vision, an artifact with a spark of the divine, which grants the user an elemental power from among seven existing ones: Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyra, Crio.

Luvia is a woman of fortune who was not only born into a wealthy and influential family of Fontaine, but received a Geo Vision at a young age, then discovered she had an immense talent for magic, attracting the attention of the Prince of Fontaine.

Francis Le Fay de Fontaine sits on his throne, an exact replica of Morgan Le Fay's throne from the British Lostbelt.

Francis is a young man of twenty, 170 centimeters tall, with an effeminate face and body.

Long white hair tied in a ponytail, blue eyes, pristine white skin, a Saberface-like facial structure.

He wears a black and dark blue coloured outfit that screams: Archmage.

If Artoria Pendragon, the King of Knights, were in this room, she would say she had just found Morgan Le Fay's long-lost twin brother, or an unknown nephew who looked too much like his mother.

"Luvia, how is the situation?" Francis asks, his voice calm, but his hands are gripping the throne's arms.

Luvia, who stands in front of the Witch King's throne, straightens her back and claps her hands.

In a second, Luvia makes a pair of magic circles appear in front of her that resemble a laptop in appearance and composition.

One magic circle acts as a keyboard, while the second acts as a screen.

"The mass panic resulted in some minor damage to public property and civil unrest, but the Maison Gardiennage and Rosula's Thorn kept everything under control." Luvia said, talking about how common people lost their minds when they saw a Celestial Nail above their heads.

"Did the spell I used successfully transport all the territories that belong to the Hydro Nation or did I only manage to move the Capital?" Francis Le Fay asks, wanting to know if his work saved the entire nation or just the Court of Fontaine.

Luvia takes a quick look at her magical "laptop".

"Preliminary reports received from our scouts confirm that the main islands and sub-islands of Fontaine were transported along with the Court of Fontaine. The smaller islands need to be verified, but they were probably saved as well." Luvia delivers the information obtained from the Clock Tower scouts.

The air around the Witch King seems to have become lighter and more serene.

"Later we should ask the Self-Defense Fleet to explore and map our territories and new borders." Francis Le Fay said, wanting to achieve two goals by this.

Find out if there have been any geographical changes to Fontaine due to transportation between worlds and see what lies beyond their borders.

"I will send a message of your wishes at the end of the presentation." Luvia said, being in some ways the secretary/right-hand woman of the Prince of Fontaine.

"How is the population? I doubt that everyone was indifferent to the relocation of the entire Hydro Nation to another world." Asks Francis Le Fay, concerned about the status of the citizens.

It would be a tragedy to have saved the territory and the cities, but not the inhabitants.

The schoolchildren have set foot and checked every inhabited island of Fontaine to be 100% accurate they should do a population census. But so far everything seems to have followed your plan.

"People living in the Court of Fontaine or its precincts have not shown any adverse signs, which is why they have continued with the mass hysteria. Residents living in more distant areas have received minor side effects." Luvia said, immediately starting to list the symptoms before the Prince of Fontaine can get the wrong idea.

"Most of the population is showing signs of dizziness, stomachaches, headaches, and so on. The younger ones returned to normal within a few hours, the older ones will have to rest for a day or two. The most serious cases were fainting, but nothing serious." Luvia concludes that she is talking about the side effects of the population due to the Prince of Fontaine's unique rescue methods.

"The panic is subsiding, the islands have remained united under Fontaine's flag and the population has remained almost unharmed. I can finally rest after so many exhausting days." Francis Le Fay said, sighing with relief.

"All in all, your plan is a success." Luvia said, before disabling the mechanical spell - laptop.

Luvia approaches the throne of the Prince of Fontaine, with an expression full of happiness.

"Congratulations my prince, you have saved the entire nation from divine wrath." Luvia exclaims, praising Francis Le Fay for what he has done.

"It's time you got a reward for your hard work." Luvia said, sitting on Francis Le Fay's lap, placing her hands around his neck.

"I have nothing against it." Francis Le Fay said with a mischievous smile on his lips, wanting to enjoy Luvia's company.

Luvia brings her lips closer, wanting to start everything with a little kiss.

But...

DING DING!

A telephone-like Mystic Code is ringing, ruining the moment.

'At times like these I regret having introduced modern telecommunications into this world.' thinks Francis Le Fay, with an unfortunate expression.

Unlike other people who died and were reincarnated in another world, he did not hesitate to take a lover, especially one like Luvia.

"One moment, my prince." Luvia said, taking out a Code Mystic that looks like a pocket watch from a hidden pocket.

But instead of the exact time, it shows a screen with a series of messages on it, all from a single person, Furina de Fontaine.

Luvia's happy expression was ruined by the content of the message.

"My Prince, your mother and Iudex Neuvillette request your presence at the Palais Mermonia, I want to know what exactly you did to save the entire country." Luvia said, reluctantly rising from her beloved Prince's lap.

"It looks like Hydro Trinity needs another meeting." Francis Le Fay mutters, rising from his throne.

'I am a genius responsible for the greatest scientific and magical discoveries of the last thirteen years, I have created a naval trading empire and established my own version of the Clock Tower to create and educate the next generation of Wizards and Witches for the benefit of the Hydro Nation.' Francis Le Fay thinks, as he reaches out his hand, using his magic to create a vortex of water that functions as a portal.

'But my mother keeps nagging me about things like: if I'm okay, if I'm eating well, if I'm getting enough rest, if my experiments are dangerous and how my story with Luvia is going.' Thinks the Prince of Fontaine, slightly frustrated with his mother, who can't get over the empty nest syndrome.

With his mind torn between problems of state and family problems, Francis Le Fay de Fontaine crosses his portal together with Luvia, to reach the Palais Mermonia.

Continues ...

Author's Note:

Here for you, my readers, a Triple Crossover story: MCU X Type-Moon X Genshin Impact.

The Marvel world has received one of the Seven Nations of Teyvat, which is partially led by a person who possesses the memories and abilities of Morgan Le Fay.

In this version of Fontaine there are variations of several Type-Moon characters, so there will be more Fate elements present in the story.
