"Yeah, it's pretty good. Are there any dungeons around here?" Nolan asked.
The lizardman looked around before turning his attention back to Nolan.
"You look like an adventurer. You're probably tired from your journey, but I'll warn you—this isn't the right time to go to the dungeon."
"What do you mean?" Nolan asked, noticing the fear in his expression.
"Adventurers have been going missing, and some of them have been found dead. It's said that it might be an S-rank monster…"
He paused.
"Or even a demon."
Nolan frowned.
"But why? I thought they had already done something about it."
The lizardman shook his head.
"That's all I can tell you. But still, don't speak about it."
He glanced around before lowering his voice.
"But…"
He raised his hand.
"Bring your ear closer."
Nolan leaned down.
The lizardman whispered, "Some people say the king might have something to do with it. He doesn't want his citizens talking about it. Anyone caught speaking about this will be arrested."
