Chapter 564: Flames In The Quiet (R18)
Orion's grip on her thigh tightened, the heat of his palm against her skin. His other hand rose to cup the back of her neck, his thumb brushing the fluttering pulse just beneath her ear.
"You enjoy testing me, don't you, shorty?" he growled softly.
Sophia's breath hitched, but she didn't pull away. Instead, she leaned in closer, her twisted ankle forgotten as the only thing she felt was the solid strength of Orion beneath her and the growing hardness pressing insistently against her core.
"You know I do," she whispered, her fingers threading into the dark strands at his nape, tugging just enough to make his breath catch. "What are you going to do about it, you oaf?"
His eyes darkened at that. In one fluid motion, he flipped them, laying her back against the bed and pillows with careful control so her injured ankle remained untouched. He hovered above her, caging her in with his arms.
